The Great Raspby is an American wheat ale using almost 100lbs of Oregon raspberries giving it an engaging reddish/pink hue. The fruit addition gives it an inviting aroma of fresh-picked raspberries and a light, refreshing tartness which balances the full-bodied wheat profile and compliments the malt sweetness. So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past. A 90’s fruited wheat throwback finishing crisp and effervescent perfectly suited for the summer.
