Summer Breeze is fresh Golden Ale leftover fermented on spent Raspberries from our Framboise. The brew is then aged in oak for 6-9 months and refermented with a second fruit. Secondary fruit from years past include, Pluots, Peaches, Mangoes and Apricots.
