A light-bodied, very dry IPA. This beer is dry hopped generously with Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops and is brewed with an enzyme that is used to make beers extremely dry. Brut IPA finished at negative 0.2 Plato (which is really dry). A unique, must try beer for everyone. It is crisp and crushable, a perfect summer IPA.
