Our Blue Corn Lager has been a summer favorite ever since we mashed in our first bag of New Mexican blue corn. While few things are as refreshing as a Blue Corn Lager on a hot day, we decided to give this smooth, crisp beer a little heat of its own. The addition of roasted jalapeños and ancho chiles brings out a robust pepper flavor to compliment the hint of corn chip-like character of the base beer. With the spiciness dialed down a bit from the roasting process, we hope this special release will have you saying, “Uno mas!”
