Delightfully dry, this luscious liquid resided with our house Brettanomyces — discovered in the brewery! — for 18 months, developing a bouquet of apple, pear, and citrus flavor. Complex but philosophically palatable, Existential Apples is a limited release available draft-only initially, and in 500ml bottles shortly thereafter.
