Our version of a India Black Ale brewed in collaboration with Bob and Ellie Tupper of Tuppers' Hop Pocket fame. Dark malts like Chocolate Wheat, Carafa and Black malt comprise the grist and this brew was hopped with Bob and Ellies' favourite hop varietal, Mt. Hood, This beer was then dry hopped with 50 pounds of whole-leaf Mt. Hood hops as well. Inky black in colour and a hopheads dream.
