Brewed with BrewDog for Collabfest 2018 We love saisons and wanna help in making sure that this phenomenal beer style is not forgotten amongst all new trendy beer styles - so we took our base saison recipe using mostly pilsner malt and wheat malt and bought a whole lot of fresh basil and smashed with our bare hands and threw into the fermentation vessel. Upon kegging, we mixed in some lime juice to add complexity and tartness.
