Brewed to balance a heavy British malt base of Pilsner, Rye and CaraAroma against bright U.S Cascade hops. 8BiT has high hop flavours and aromas created by using four different hop addition techniques - kettle, whirlpool, hop-back and dry hop.
This IPA is the beer to serve with crispy skin dishes such as chicken or pork. Throw in some spices and caramelised onions for the perfect combination. If you like your curries, this will also compliment Thai, Indian or Malay dishes.
