Swanky Bubbles is a Brut-Style IPA that takes the dry and fizzy characteristics of a Brut Sparkling Wine, and marries it together with the fruity and flavorful hoppyness of America India Pale Ales. Mosaic, Galaxy and the experimental “Wai-iti” Hops combine to create fresh fruity flavors reminiscent of white grapes, green melon and cucumber. This light bodied and overly bubbly 7.5% ABV beer finishes extra clean and extremely dry, making it ridiculously drinkable. Best enjoyed with your pinky out.
