Cherry Supernova is an astronomically juicy sour ale brewed for the cosmically curious. Our brewers hand-selected barrels fermented with a mix of Brettanomyces, Sacchromyces, and Lactobacillus that emitted the fruitiest characteristics. Over 6,000 pounds of ripe Montmorency cherries were added to this blend–fusing Brett funk with cherry pie aromas to create an stellar, coral pink, sessionable sipper.
