While brewing Strawberry Guava Milkshake IPA, we added over 1,000 lbs. of 100% fruit to the fermenter, which gave the hazy beer its big strawberry aroma along with the pleasant, subtler aroma of citra and mosaic hops. It’s a juicy beer you can sip like a red wine, but it may arouse warm feelings of sun-drenched beaches when it's consumed.
