Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailOld English Ale

A warming and complex English Old Ale. Brewed with a wide variety of malts, this beer pours a light mahogany colour and gives aromas of fruitcake, marzipan, and stonefruit, with a light note of alcohol hinting at this beers strength and warming character. On the taste the depth of malt flavor suggests toasty biscuits, dried fruit, and spice, all of which finishes dry and with a rolling bitterness. Noble type hops contribute subtle herbal and spice notes which underlie the malty complexity.
