Our rye centric farmhouse red ale. Ample malt and fermentation-derived aromatics and flavors of plum, raisin, apricot, white pepper. Wood and earthy spice from the hops. Certainly a deep malt profile with a dry rumminess on the finish from the turbinado sugar, luxurious creamy mouthfeel.
