Straw colored and unfiltered (mit hefe) our Weizen is brewed using 50% malted wheat. We stay true to style and use a traditional yeast strain from the region of Bavaria in Germany. Robust flavors and aromas reminiscent of vanilla, banana, and clove dominate a slightly sweet finish.
