Our flagship beer, this bright and delicious session IPA has an ABV of 4.3% and showcases the flavors and aromas of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops. The hop additions for this beer all occur post-boil--in the whirlpool, hopback, and fermentor--giving this beer a big, dank aroma but preserving its light body. The grain bill is simple: the majority being floor-malted two-row pale malt with a touch of dextrin malt and crystal malt (30° L).
