This Imperial Berliner comes in at 5.7% ABV, compared to 3% for more traditional Berliners. The grain bill includes an ample portion of wheat and German Pilsner malts and the beer is fermented with our house ale strain and Lactobacillus delbrueckii, which imparts a crisp and refreshing tartness that goes well with the subtle citrusy hop notes.
