Our first single hop barrel-fermented dry-hopped sour went over pretty well, so the series continues. This time it’s Mosaic playing with our barrels and bugs. Dry, oaky, stone fruits, citrus, a hoppy edge, and restrained acidity. We aged it for you, drink it fresh.
