The Second in our Saison Series is sweet and tart and dry hopped with just enough Citra hops. This summer ale is complimented with a generous helping of honey and orange. You better get some before we drink it all!

LIVE beer is craft ale, conditioned in a key keg, gently sparkling and 100% awesome. Fermented without top pressure, then lightly centrifuged to remove hop debris the beer is packaged and allowed to ferment and condition inside the keg at our Ellon brewhouse, to ensure a perfect pint every time. The beer is packaged with over 2 million living yeast cells per millilitre and in a container which prevents oxygen ingress. With no extraneous carbon dioxide added the beer is served on draft at 9.5°C through a sparkler. It encompasses everything that makes real ale amazing whilst embracing the consistency of kegged craft beer. It is a meeting of minds. We have long thought there must be a better way to deliver all that is good about perfect cask ale with non of the negatives: no oxidation, no two-day shelf life (which is usually ignored), no inconsistent quality, no uninformed publicans messing up good beer. So, Martin Dickie led a project to apply super modern brewing equipment, a bit of science and a huge focus on the beer quality to see if we can re-imagine what draft real ale is and come up with something much better than cask. LIVE beer is the result of that project. This is not BrewDog doing cask beer again. This is BrewDog completely reinventing and re-imagining what draft real ale is for the better and ensuring a perfect pint every single time for the drinker.

This rich yet refreshing English Extra Special Bitter is made with hops grown and dried on our farm in the late summer of 2016. Goldings hops provide an earthy undertone to the more assertive cascade, whose subtle citruss aroma harmonizes with the stonefruit esterss produced by a traditional english yeast strain.

This is a perfect beer for a hot, sticky summer day. Not too sweet or bitter, it's light enough to be refreshing. The Cascade and Amarillo hops lend a citrusy flavor that's balanced against a light caramel note. You can slake your thirst with a couple of pints, and forget that you have to wring the sweat out of your shirt every half hour. Jet Black Heart is a 4.7% milk stout, loaded with oatmeal for an extra lush mouth-feel and nitro dispensed on draft; expect decadent cacao, subtle roastiness, and autumnal fruitiness with a dark seductive edge. Inspired by some of the awesome craft nitro stouts we tried in the US we wanted to put our own spin on the style and also introduce nitro beers to BrewDog bars.

The ruby red color and lemon-like flavor of hibiscus flowers give this sour beer a pleasent tartness that is complemented by a doughy, bready malt character.

Head Brewer Jordan Veale created this golden straw colored Blonde ale to celebrate his wedding in 2015. When it comes to this easy drinking, lightly hopped Blonde, the answer to your question, “Do I want one?” quite simply is only “Always”.

Brewed with Mandarina Bavaria and Citra, then dry hopped with Citra and Motueka.

An IPA brewed with a massive amount of late addition and dry hop Mosaic and Loral, as well as strawberry puree, vanilla and lactose.

There's something about the wilderness that inspires us to make great beer. Most of us at the brewery are into the outdoors in a big way. When we’re not making beer, we’re usually trying to get lost in the woods, along a river or camped out among some forgotten stand of old growth timbers. We’re fascinated by things unknown to us. Some people may prefer a more urban locale and we’re not here to judge. We’ve created Timberland with the spirit of the wild in mind for anyone looking for a little adventure. Timberland is a pristine, red hoppy ale brewed with dark Patagonia malt and Centennial hops.

Vote 4 Pedro is a lime gose, it utilizes sea salt and fresh zested limes.

A traditional English Brown, full bodied with hints of caramel and a nice easy finish.

This IPA is light bodied featuring cascade and williamette hops. Its bursting with a bouquet of floral and citrus hop flavours and aromas. Juts like the home of San Francisco's red light district, this beer is bold and stimulating.

A rendition of the West Coast style American IPA. It is golden or straw in color. True to style, Golden Gate is crisp and dry with very little malt backbone or residual sweetness. This allows the focus to be on the hops and let hop character be the focal point. Reminiscent of the North West, the hop profile highlights deep resinous pine notes with floral citrus overtones.

Slightly floral and slightly sweet, with an underlying gentle bitterness. A session ale with plenty of flavor.

This double IPA features Denali hops from the Pacific Northwest, which bring huge pineapple and berry notes and nicely complement the citrus flavors of additional hops. Hop character is balanced by a smooth malt backbone and subtle bitter finish.
