An “easy-drinking” classic German Pils, brewed with 100% German Pilsner Malt. Sterling hops provide traditional “Noble” hops flavors. Look for soft cracker aroma, very subtle spicy hop notes, and a crisp finish.

This is a pale beer that has aroma of spicy pepper/citrus as well as fruity esters due to the Belgian yeast strain that this ale is fermented with. This beer is brewed with bitter orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise which can add a very unique and complex spice character. People once believed that grains of paradise only grew in Eden and had to be collected as they floated down the rivers out of paradise.

We barrel fermented our 18 Mile Red sour red ale in Tempranillo and Cabernet wine barrels using our house ale yeast natively collected by SouthYeast Labs, a blend of multiple Brettanomyces strains, and a strain of native lactobacillus. After letting the beer age for over seven months we blended the beer with fresh locally foraged mulberries and aged for another month. The resulting beer has a bright acidity paired with juicy berry notes balanced by an oaky barrel character.

La Morena is a Mexican style dark lager. It has a reddish-bronze color and boasts a rich, malty aroma with a smooth, toasted malt flavor.

This is a stout with a nice roasted malt character and a big creamy mouthfeel. It is brewed with lactose (milk sugar) which is un-fermentable by the yeast leaving a little sweetness while also providing great body. This beer just may be the oblivion your old beer has just been cast into.

Petrus Sour Apricot is a blend of the famous petrus Aged Pale ( a 100% foeder beer that is aged for 24 months on oak foeders ) and fresh Apricots. Without overpowering fruit flavors or sweetness, fresh Apricots subtly meld with the mother beer creating a unique, complimentary, one of a kind sour ale!

Well balanced, medium body. Notes of stone fruits in flavor and aroma.

A very light and refreshing blonde ale brewed with German Pale Malt, a touch of Munich Malt and very lightly hopped with CZ Saaz hops.

Winter Wheat is a darker, version of our classic Hefeweizen. A heady aroma of spice and a smooth caramel taste gives way to a clove-like finish.

A sweet milk stout with all the malt characteristics you love but with a bold, unique twist- this beer tastes like a glass full of blueberry pancakes smothered in maple syrup.

In the expansion of the BC Tree Fruits Cider line of ciders comes Pears, A pear infused Apple Cider that uses both apple and pear in the fermentation process. Despite the high sugar content of pears this release comes in at a relatively low 4.5% alcohol making it the lightest of the three products available. Pouring from the 473ml can this product is glassy clear with a slight yellow tint. Light bubbling comes from the cider as you pour and settles immediately leaving no trace behind. The aroma is mostly apple but with a light pear infusion that adds a trace of additional sweetness on the nose. Compared to many cider products though the nose is relatively dry. The flavour too is lightly sweet, noticeably more so than the BCTF apple cider. The apple plays main stage but the pear adds a complexity to a fairly one dimensional apple cider and a touch of sweetness that will please some more traditional apple cider drinkers. The sweetness is up a bit but so is the refreshment factor. With lower alcohol and a nice balance of sweet and tart notes this is a very easy to drink and very refreshing summer beverage.

Go to a whole new dimension with this off the wall Farmhouse Ale. Dry hopped with copious amounts of Mandarina & Mosaic hops for an interesting twist.

This Imperial India Red Ale is BIG, gnarly & brutally hoppy with inconceivable IBUs

An Imperial IPA with a great malty backbone and a huge hop flavor. Bright copper color and a medium to heavy mouth feel pair with a nice thick head. Hop aromas of sweet fruit with a tropical citrusy twist to it.

The brief we gave ourselves for our flagship beer was that it should be able to be sent to any bar in San Diego and to stand proudly alongside the many great Pales produced in, and around, the west coast of the US. The schematic for a West Coast Pale Ale is bucket loads of big US hops, full malty backbone and a characterful yeast. That is what this Pale Ale is all about. Enjoy as fresh as possible.
