Hop Lobster

Hop Lobster has two sides to its flavor profile. On one hand, it’s a terrific, hoppy ale; lots of citrus aroma from the Centennial and Cascade hops and plenty of hop bitterness from the Perle hops used in the first hop addition. On the other hand, this is a luscious, malty brew with lots of palate filling flavors from the crystal malts used in the blend. Add the two components together and the result is a fine beer indeed.

Hop Logic

Hop LogicTM Imperial IPA is brewed for the true “hop head.” The nose bursts with fresh hop aromas while the palate is balanced with just enough bitterness to linger without overwhelming the more subtle among the hops flavors. The winning equation is — five quality malts plus five flavorful hops equals one fine beer! Sounds logical to us.

Hop Manna IPA

A delicious IPA bearing floral and citrus flavors, Hop Manna IPA® features six robust hops (Warrior, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Crystal, Centennial), it's dry hopped with Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops and is balanced out with five delicious malts (Specialty 2-Row, Wheat, Munich, Vienna, CaraMunich 40). Not a San Diego IPA (enticing as they are) and not trying to re-create the excellent standouts from friends such as Dogfish, Founders, Lagunitas, Three Floyds and so many others, Hop Manna IPA® aims to create a unique story of its own. Critics have offered overwhelming praise for Hop Manna IPA's singular profile. All About Beer's "Beer Talk" judge Roger Protz notes, "Manna from heaven, indeed! The hop regime is amazing. It has a lush pale bronze color and a hop aroma that is literally stunning." DRAFT Magazine adds, "...its malt presence is sublime." Esquire.com included Hop Manna as one of "The Best Beers of 2012."

Hop Meadow IPA

This pale ale was originally brewed in 19th century England to survive the long ocean voyages to India - hence the name India Pale Ale. To keep the beer from spoiling during these four- to six-month journeys, a stronger, more generously hopped ale was produced. Hooker's creamy IPA emphasizes traditional West Coast Chinook and Cascade hops which produces a hophead's delight of a brew: just-right complexity that's not too sweet or over-the-top with hops.

Hop Ottin’ IPA

Hop Ottin’ IPA is as hoppy as they come. The name means “hard working hops,” in Boontling, and that tells it all. Generous additions of high-alpha Pacific Northwest hops added during a vigorous boil, plus traditional dry hopping, with whole hop cones, give this ale a delicious citrus aroma, and an intense hoppy bite. This IPA is a hop lover’s dream. Hop Ottin’ IPA received a Silver Medal from the 2001 World Beer Championships, in the India Pale Ale category, and has several other medals as well. Click here to see the entire list. As with all of our products, Hop Ottin’ IPA is never sterile filtered nor heat pasteurized, and should be stored in refrigeration. However, to fully enjoy its rich and complex flavor, it should be served between 40° and 45°F.

Hop Overboard

Named after our three tanks that were tragically lost to the depths of the Pacific, Hop Overboard is a pale ale with West Coast beginnings. Overflowing with hop flavor and aroma, this pale lives up to its name and then some. Munich and caramel malt sweetness counterbalances the hop excess to a remarkable degree of harmony. Not overly bitter, this pale has everything you want ... just don't go too overboard.

Hop Ride

This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

Hop Shot

Hop Shot IPA, generously hopped with Galena, Warrior, and Columbus hops. When we were formulating this beer, we did two versions and had customers vote on what they liked best. It came out a tie so we used both hop profiles. Even at 70 IBUs, the bitterness hits in layers and not all at once, allowing you to not only enjoy the subtleties of the malts, but also the nuances, aromas, and flavors you would otherwise miss in a “hop bomb.”

Hop the RIPA

Our red India pale ale is a sterling example of excess. We use copious amounts of both malts and hops to create this decidedly bitter yet curiously balanced beer. As its namesake implies it is more than capable of overloading the unsuspecting pallet just with a lot less mutton chops and frock coats. Big caramel, big malts and even bigger resinous citrus hop flavor and aroma. This beer pairs well with BBQ, Curry, Spicy foods and pungent cheeses.
