I Drink Therefore I Amber boasts a rich mahogony color imparted by the generous use of specialty malts in the mash. A combination of Australian Galaxy and American Chinook hops balances out this brew with a distinct pine note in the finish.

Pitch black and potent, our take on the Imperial Stout is a rich, complex blend of dark flavors and aromas. Dark chocolate covered espresso beans, fresh baked brownies, and the distinctive flavor of roasted barley are all present in this beguilingly strong ale. This beer will evolve with age in the can and even in the glass. Sip slowly allowing it to gently warm and you will be rewarded with rich flavors.

If you want an IPA that's not too strong, heavily hopped and India bound, nor zesty and crafted in the good old U.S. of A, well here's the real deal - Ian & Paul's Ale. A superb apple-crisp session beer. Hoppy throughout, with a lingering bitter end. First brewed in '89 by our founding Head Brewer, microbiologist and all round fount of beer knowledge, Ian Hornsey and lovingly crafted today by our top dog, Paul Gower and his young team of brewing mercenaries.

We took our Missile IPA and turned it up to 11. A double load of hops lends intoxicating citrus aromatics to balance high alcohol heat. Finishes with smooth residual sweetness. We have liftoff.

Alaskan Icy Bay IPA is made from glacier-fed water and a blend of Cascade, Bravo, Calypso, Summit and Apollo hops and premium two-row pale and specialty malts. Alaskan Brewing Co. commits 1% of all proceeds from Alaskan Icy Bay IPA to support the cleanup and preservation of coastlines and waterways in an initiative called the Coastal Code.

Launched and enthusiastically received at the first annual Halifax Seaport Beer Fest in August 2007, this ale has quickly become known as the hoppiest beer in Atlantic Canada! Unfiltered Imperial I.P.A. is a robust, full-bodied and complex brew in the Double IPA style. An intensely fruity aroma combines nicely with a malty caramel backbone, clear hop bitterness and lingering citrusy finish. This beer is for the true hophead! This “big” beer is fantastic paired with Thai, Szechuan or Cajun cuisine. Or try it with blackened seafood, pepper steaks, tangy salads or a spicy slaw. Fantastic!

A dense and silky smooth Imperial IPA with an enormous amount of malt and classic West Coast hops. Lower IBU’s for drinkability with a focus on dense citrus and woody aromatic hops for layer upon layer of resinous hop flavor and aroma.

This is the kind of beer that gives the word "Stout" a reputation. Generous quantities of Barley Malt, followed by a vigorous fermentation leaves this "Imperial" heavy weight with an 8% and a body as full as chocolate bread pudding. A complimentary and complex array of bitter notes comes from potent American hops, earthy Brittish hops, black-roasted malts and, of course, coffee. We use only top-quality ingredients like organically grown East Timor coffee beans, blended with New Guinea coffee beans, and locally roasted by O'horis coffee house. It's heavenly aroma and flavor can't be beat or imitated.
