Artisan maltster River Bend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina, kiln a perfect rye. And when you pair gobs of their spicy rye with heaps of spicy hops you get a great Hop Kitchen Beer. This unique, and collaborative, Rye IPA boasts a bold blend of Simcoe, Galaxy, Cascade, and Mosaic hops to bring a thunderous 75 IBU. Have a sip and feel the bang.

One of the most approachable ales produced by Cycle Brewing is this classic Irish Red ale with all of its caramel malt and gentle hopping but with the added nuance of rye. The rye comes across in the aroma as well as the flavor with a mild spice character and lends a more full flavor to an already malty style. Ryerish Red is easy to enjoy for all levels of craft beer drinkers. 5.0% ABV

Ryes 'N Shine is our spiced style IPA fall seasonal beer where 25% of the recipe is made up of rye. The aromas of the rye pair nicely with the hop profile to give a unique floral aspect on both the nose as well as the flavor. This is definitely a full flavored, full bitter IPA.

A light and crisp Farmhouse Ale with hints of spice. Hints of clove and banana esters pair perfectly with the spicey rye. One of our lighter Saisons but one of our favorites.

Ahh Saison. This Belgian Farmhouse style of ale is a crisp, spicy, refreshing beer and one of our personal favorites anytime of the year. The Blank Slate version takes the Saison style and twists it up a bit. The addition of Rye Malt accentuates the peppery phenols that this special yeast is known to produce as well as adding a little bit of body to the finished beer. On top of that we add two different kinds of peppercorns at two different stages of the brewing process to really take things to the next level. The Belgians don’t really believe in beer styles so hopefully they won’t be mad at this “corruption” of one of their classics.

French Farmhouse meets the dry Southwest desert in this season’s Saison. Spicy Rye will dance across the palate while floral notes float on the front of the house. This bone-dry beer finishes a tad tart and packs a deceivingly powerful punch.

Our Belgian Wit substitutes the flaked oats with flaked rye and adds lavender, thyme & coriander to the mix.

Another unique Rye beer from BRBC, this Double IPA is brewed with large quantities of American hops and fermented with Belgian ale yeast to create a bitter, hoppy, and spicy ale that is sure to delight.

Brooklyn homebrewer Alex Merahn collaborated on this Roggenbier (German Rye Ale) by bringing his own home-smoked malt. With Hallertau and Amarillo hops.

American Red ale made with Rye and Lampong Peppercorns

Four+ Rype is a filtered wheat beer teased with orange. Brewed with sweet orange peel, the flavor is RYPE on! TASTING NOTES: Teasingly sweet and tart simultaneously. Hints of orange and coriander subtly tingle the palate. Rype Tingled Wheat Beer complements salads or seafood dishes accented with light citrus dressings . Experiment with the flavors of Feta and goat cheeses.

This Rye IPA has a moderately hopped finish with a medium body. Great combination of citrusy hops and spicy rye malt, which serves to lighten your palate, then pull you under.

As the name eludes, this Irish-style stout is made with rye. The roasted rye grains create a dryness and subtle spiciness, with hints of black pepper. There is also an subtle earthy flavor that results from the use of rye. Flaked rye adds to the beer’s creaminess. Overtones of bittersweet chocolate linger from the addition of toasted malt. Unlike traditional Irish-style stouts, the Ryrish Stout is made with an English yeast that provides a subtle fruity profile.

This special brew in not just a ramped up version of Leroy Brown. We thought that we would experiment with the spicy sweetness of Crystal Rye and some gentle dry hopping of EKG and Colombus hops. 8.0 %ABV. Pairs well with smoked meats and plenty of BBQ sauce!
