Our first unfiltered offering, Summer Swelter Ale is the perfect warm weather beer! Summer Swelter Ale is light and refreshing while still keeping your taste buds interested. The malt base features a hefty dose of wheat for a big, fluffy head and a soft, round body, yet keeps the beer drinkable even during the dog days. The light malt character is more than balanced by a blend of citrusy American hops, giving Swelter a crisp bitterness without being overpowering. The hoppy citrus aroma complements the ingredients that make this beer so unique: lemon and lime peel, Kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass provide an subtle yet unmistakable floral nose and just a touch of bracing tartness, taking the refreshment of Swelter to the next level.

A light, effervescent, traditional German-style unfiltered wheat beer. Our special Bavarian yeast imparts notes of banana and clove to this refreshing ale.

Our hefeweizen, or unfiltered wheat beer, is made with authentic Bavarian yeast. Served with an orange slice, this beer is perfect for patio sippin'!

Summer Wheat is an American Hefe with orange peel and coriander.

Nothing says summer like the Belgian Witbier style, and our offering is no exception. Pilsner and Wheat malts are combined with a generous portion of raw (unmalted) wheat to create a soft malt character. Hop additions are kept to a minimum to make way for a unique set of flavors imparted to the beer through generous doses of fresh ground coriander and dried Spanish orange peel. Crisp and refreshing, this beer is served unfiltered in the classic style.

Who in their right mind brews with flowers? We do. We took a classic Belgian Witbier yeast and fed it hibiscus flowers, ginger coriander, and orange peel. The old monks may be turning in their graves.

Our Summerfest® is a refreshing, pilsner-style lager. Its incredible smoothness comes from an extra-long lagering period. Lighter in body than our ales but just as complex in character, Summerfest® quenches your thirst with big aroma and a tangy hop bite.

Our seasonal Summer Ale brewed with Crystal Hops giving it a nice, crisp citrus flavor.

This traditional German Oktoberfest style beer is brewed with the highest quality German malt & hops. Available during the fall season on tap and in 16oz Cans. The Fest is crafted in small batches at Cottrell Brewery in Pawcatuck, CT and at the award-winning North American Breweries in Rochester, NY under the supervision of Brew-master Sean Larkin. Vienna, Pilsner, Light and Dark Munich malts make up the backbone of this beast, and Northern Brewer & Tettnanger hops are added to give it a crisp but subtle hop flavor. Gansett Fest is a great example of a traditional amber-brown German Oktoberfest style beer. It is perfectly balanced with four varieties of malts and two styles of hops. This is an extremely easy drinking autumn seasonal beer, but one you will want to savor as the rich malt profile complements the crisp, but not overpowering, hop flavor perfectly.

Summertime Rye is a crafty combination of Rye, Barley, and Wheat Malts carefully dosed with Citra Hops in the kettle and the fermenter. The result is a markedly flavorful and refreshing lower ABV beer. Summertime Rye is a real thirst quencher--we hope it helps you endure the summer!

When the weather overheated like a radiator on the fritz, it was time to step out of the garage and head somewhere cool to relax. We found every excuse to celebrate those dog days with our family and friends, because it reminded us all that summer isn’t a season, it’s a state of mind. Introducing Summertrip, a lively beer brewed to let loose and live up those days that never seem to end. This kettle soured German style ale features 50% wheat malt and is balanced with the use of lactobacillus. Very little to no hop presence allow the bready/biscuit characteristics to come through, with a nice tart Passion Fruit finish.

Our Summit Amber is an old school amber brewed in a traditional French Biere de Garde style. We use malts from Malteries Franco Belges, and hops from Germany and Belgium to create a beer with a deep, warm color, bold sweetness up front and a finish reminiscent of a fine brandy. This beer is a favorite among those seeking a bigger, more complex beer.
