What happens when beer wanders off the trail into wine? It heads into a whole new brewing wilderness we call Sparkling Ale. Wit and sauvignon blanc yeasts add surprising complexity. California wildflower honey, orange zest, coriander and poppy seeds infuse citrus notes and a hint of spice. Wild Wit is both beer and wine and something new altogether.

Wild Ale aged in wine and bourbon barrels Our oak aged Wild X greets your palate with complex aromas of tart red fruits, smoky oak and deep malt character. The oak is also prevalent in the flavor, as hints of smoky bourbon and vanilla compliment berry flavor, creating a smooth, balanced finish with some lingering tartness.

A ‘Pyment’ (pie-ment) is a mead made with grapes. This one is made with clover honey, shiraz grape juice, and natural wildberry concentrate. It is full bodied and semi-sweet. Makes a great sangria or try it over ice as a spritzer.

Aged for over two months with raspberries and dark cherries this innovative Belgian inspired farmhouse ale is light and crisp with delightful fruit aromatics. Dark purple in color, this easy-drinking saison has a touch of Appalachian character married perfectly with classic Belgian tradition!

Fruity, tart and slightly funky, Wildcat is our take on a traditional Belgian saison. We added Meyer lemon peel and beechwood smoked malt to give this beer a rich and complex mouthfeel and finish.

Our Imperial espresso chocolate vanilla stout is a liquid lotus position Ideal for contemplation and speculation, this is the liquid equivalent of the lotus position. Our Imperial espresso chocolate vanilla stout, Wildebeest is a judicious selection of pale and dark malts to which is added the highest quality Valrhona cocoa nibs and freshly roasted Columbian coffee. Best enjoyed sipped from your favourite brandy snifter, while sitting comfortably in a plush armchair, preferably next to a roaring fire. The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.

This unique black India Pale Ale is a tribute to the firefighters and emergency service workers who help fight our Canadian wildfires each year. Wildfire IPA is intensely dark and smooth. This black IPA has complex hops that rage through to the finish. Fierce Hop, Gentle Bite! A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer go to the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

We will not make any claims as to the health benefits of using oatmeal in beer, but if there are any, then…it’s the right beer to drink, and the tasty way to do it!
