This beer is named after the legendary Swiss patriot of the 14th century. Made with green apple puree, Ginger Gold apples, cinnamon and star anise for a refreshingly tart, slightly sweet, fresh apple, spiced nose.

This hand crafted cider was frost fermented from premium California Pinot Grigio, apple juice and natural flavors for a refreshingly elegant cider taste. Enjoyed chilled or over ice.

Our first beer from our Public Brew series is still in development. William Wallace Wrestle Fest Scotch Ale was developed through our community. First, we polled our community what they wanted to name the beer. From that poll, we launched a label design competition where the winning artist won $300 and, of course, their design on our beer bottle. The winning artist was Matthew LaFleur. William Wallace Wrestle Fest will be one of our first beer offerings when we open our doors in 2014.

As you would expect this brew pours a dark black/brown with aromas of Coffee, Licourice, roast & chocolate malts. On the tounge there's light roasted malt flavours, with a caramel sweetness and a dried fruit hoppiness.

A traditional style ginger beer, made with a malt base, lashings of fresh ginger root, a touch of organic cane sugar, lemon juice & yeast… that's it. Our ginger has a distinctly 'beery' taste without the bitterness of hops. Creating a refreshing, malty spiced brew.

Packed full of dark crystal malt,s this brew takes on a rich amber colour. A bouquet of caramel, amber malts and sweet berries give way to a palate of biscuit malts, woody & fruity hops that deliver a medium dry finish. This brew peforms superbly cask conditioned as well as in bottle.

Stout aged in Willie's Distillery Bourbon barrels for 3+ months.

Hazy straw color, orange peel aroma, spicy citrus flavor, light body.

A light golden coloured Ale brewed using English Maris Otter malt, which creates a satisfyingly sweet malty flavour. The use of traditional hops give the beer a mellow floral hop aroma followed by a distinctive hoppy taste. Serve slightly chilled.

An ESB gone strong. A malt forward, British beer perfect for autumn.

WBC Gold Award 2008, GABF Gold 2008

The first beer in our Collaboration IPA series. Being big music enthusiasts and a collection of musicians ourselves, combining beer and great riffs was a no brainer. Windhand is a Heavy Psychedelic sludge/doom metal band hailing from Richmond, VA. Press and reviews have likened them to a “new and fresh” Black Sabbath meets Nirvana. Their talented guitarist Asechiah Bogdan provided the art for the beer label and collectively Windhand’s heavy repetitive grooves provided the inspiration for the brew. This IPA is a exploration in the citrus realm of hops. Notes of strong tangerine, grapefruit and resin like bite with a classic malt base. Brewed with Nugget, Millennium, Warrior and Crystal hops.
