This classic Marzen-style Oktoberfest lager pours a deep amber color with a thick, long lasting white head. The aroma is filled with rich, toasty malt character and subtle hop spiciness. The palate has a full malt character, balanced bitterness, and an incredibly smooth finish due to the extended layering time.

New England Style IPA. The second beer to be released on Thursday is A Small Town In Ontario. This beer clocks in at 6.0% and packs a ton of flavor. As soon as we pour this beer we can smell the juice! Nose is full of Orange, Pine, Pineapple, Mango, & Blueberry. We generously hopped this batch with Simcoe, Mosaic, & Citra. This beer has a huge mouthfeel, the taste is full of tropical fruits with a piney sap, light bitterness.

Amber Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels. Typically it’s the last thing you’ll hear before you’re covered with dirt. All the nuts in the world can’t buy you an eternal life. So live in the moment!. For just that reason, our friends from Holy Mountain Brewing came all the way from Seattle, Washington to brew and thus was born Ashes to Mashes, Nuts to Butts! It’s brewed with malt smoked from foraged black walnuts and aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. So get it now or get it never.

A slightly sour Ale with blueberries from Dole’s Orchards in Limington, ME.

Brewed in collaboration with Tedeschi Truck’s Wheels of Summer Tour, Butch’s Brown Ale is named in commemoration of Allman Brothers rockstar drummer Butch Trucks. Pouring a deep caramel color, this Brown Ale was brewed with vanilla beans creating a malt-forward easy drinker with an earthy aroma and smooth subtle vanilla flavor.

Pear is a fruit of patience! A pear tree needs 50 years to reach its maturity but will live for more than 200 years. This unique blend of Plant de Blanc, Muscadet, Tricotin, Avenelle and Poire de Grise varieties gives our Poire its typical balance. A delicate marriage between crisp acidity and discreet sweetness. Its typical lightness and elegance make Poire a traditional drink in Normandy. Its fine bubbles are naturally produced in the bottle. Poire is both refreshing and festive. You will enjoy Poire served chilled in a champagne flute, as an aperitif. It also goes beautifully with shellfish, salads, steamed fish, goat cheese or fruits sorbet.

From the brewer: “Haarlem 1501 is the only triple-grain double – hopped beer in the world. A crisp beer with a malty fore- taste and a lingering, bitter finish. This golden beer is a precise reproduction of a Haarlem beer and is brewed according to the brewer’s statute (recipe regulated by the council) of 1501. An absolute classic.” Elsewhere in the world Haarlem 1501 is known as Hoppenbier. That basically translates to English as ‘hop beer.’ While the beer comes in at a healthy 40 IBU the name was changed to avoid any confusion with America’s really hoppy beers.
