Triple IPA aged on cedar wood.

Our only year-round lager. A double decoction mash brings out caramel flavors and color from the pale malt base grain. This beer is built on a European yeast strain complemented with Noble hops create a slightly bitter finish. Formerly known as Unseasonal Lager.

Hibiscus and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.

Another summer sour hit! It's sweetened with 84 pounds of dark cherries and soured with lactobacillus. It's rich and refreshing!

Late one evening, into the deepest vaults of Dr FrankenStone’s steaming lab - a monster IPA was born. This morbid creation was the result of our brewers pushing the hop limits (most of which are successful) to an insane level that would unleash an IPA like none other from the brewery. It was a creature that haunted our brewers for many nights, as this beaker-buster was something they could not explain, yet was such a balanced delight to taste. Unbeknownst to our brewers, the horrific beast of a beer was a result of their blending sessions that got out of hand! After the first taste of the fresh liquid, our brewing team of mad scientists knew they had to re-create this experiment for October only in draft form.

Our mid-strength J.W.Pilsner is a refreshing Czech Pilsner best suited to a hot summers day, bitter enough to be refreshing but smooth and easy to drink. Legend has it that there was once a man with the initials J.W. who inspired and even insisted on this creation and as a tribute J.W.Pilsner was born.

Light and slight bitter notes

Inspired by and brewed for Run The Jewels. Pours hazy pale yellow. Aromas of dank pineapple lemon honeydew. Tangy citrus piney flavors with clean bitter finish. Brewed with Golden Promise and Vienna with Malted Oats for body and mouthfeel. Fermented with American Ale yeast. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic, and double dry-hopped with Mosaic hop dust.

A Belgian style Quad aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 11 months. The first release in the 30th anniversary series of beers.
