CHARMER INDIA RED ALE (IRA) is a gorgeous ruby red ale, bursting with fresh hop aroma from a truckload of American, Aussie and Kiwi hops in no less than five hop additions. It boasts a rich, malty backbone from a mixture of biscuit, roasted and caramel malts. The pine and herbal notes add to a clean and refreshing finish in this well-balanced beer, which pairs especially nicely with red meats.
Diese Bier means "This Beer" in German. Diese Bier has biscuit characteristics with a rich roasted malty finish. Slightly darker than a typical Alt beer, ours is made with a hint of Carafa II.
Not to be confused with its maltier sibling, the Marzen lager; this golden modern day Oktoberfest style lager is the preferred style for the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, Germany. It’s crisp yet malt forward mouthfeel is achieved using a 3-step mash process and a thorough fermentation and lagering schedule.
Good Talk Russ will take you back to the first time you shared a cold one with your old man. Of course--and no offense to pops--we like to think our smooth, crisp take on the classic American-style lager is slightly more refined.
The Harvest has been hopped to the hilt using fresh hop cones straight from the nearby Rostrevor hop garden. The variety of hops are unique to the gardens research block. This variety was selected for “The Harvest” due to its big orange and citrus aromas, with the fresh cones being added in the kettle as well as in the conditioning tank. As for how the hop characters translate into the beer, well open it and find out!
HEX XPA is brewed with 3 malts and a big dosing of 3 different hops, Mosaic, Citra and Waimea. It packs a big, juicy citrus and tropical punch. This beer is made for hop lovers to session the hell out of, but beware the HEX XPA could put a spell on you.
Pub Brewer Steve's latest brew features experimental hop ADHA-527. Don't let the ABV and IBU fool you. This is a smooth, sweet, medium-bodied easy drinker with juicy, fruity hop flavors and a subtle bitter finish.
Inspired by the California Common, a lager style unique to America, Magic Twanger is an ode to all things local. Brewed with Ohio grown and malted Soft Red Winter Wheat and Cleveland-grown wet hops, Magic Twanger is a taste of home.
QUERIDO AMIGO
Resist! As in, ”how can you resist this crisp & refreshing Mexican style lager, specifically made for mortals?“ It’s heaven on earth, a place where love comes first. It’s like thunder & lightning, the way it drinks is frightening. Say ”adios“ to beer geeks and ”opa!“ to cerveza Greeks. Listen to the sound of Heyzeus’ mariachi Zeppelin cover band, Martillo de los Dioses, they are breaking down walls in craft beer.
Our Munich Dunkel is smooth, rich, and complex but not overly thick or heavy in body. Look for a deep amber hue with hints of caramel, bread, and the german lager yeast on the nose and caramel, bread, and slight roast notes with a very clean finish in the taste. A very sessionable lager for a cooler day!
South German-Style Dunkel Weizen / Dunkel Weissbier
Dark and delicious with a full body. Slight sweetness with hints of chocolate and roasted barley. A great dessert beer that's rich and complex, but not too filling.
Truly among the elite, this double IPA collaboration with Noble Beast Brewing Co. was brewed with a decadent variety of only the finest hops. Make no mistake, this bitter sibling rules your palate with unwieldy grandeur and one relentless purpose – pure hoppy bliss.
Oscar is an ode to man’s best friend and is named after assistant brewer Alex Lemos’ beloved dog. Much like Oscar himself this beer is warm and inviting. The perfect companion for watching football games or hanging out in the backyard.
The first lager brewed by Torn Label, Oscar features Pilsen malt and 100% German Opal hops. A rich assortment of flavors come into vibrant focus across the palate, but everything remains in beautiful balance. Notes of crackery sweetness, earthy tea, and honey biscuit lean into inviting floral aromas of lemongrass, light pepper and pear. The perfectly sessionable and clean yet flavorful fall lager to enjoy on a crisp afternoon as you watch the leaves fall.
First brewed on Pescadero Avenue, which is located in the coastal San Diego town of Ocean Beach. Pescadero Pilsner pours a light, golden color with a bright white head. It has aromas of bready pilsner malt and a grassy, floral Saaz hops. There is a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness and lemon citrus flavor from the hops. With a touch of dry hopping and an elevated ABV, this Pilsner-inspired, cold fermented lager is both traditional and new world at the same time.
The flavors of this Gose interpretation is really interesting because there is tons of pine needle aroma in the nose and then on the palate followed by the traditional sourness/spiceness/saltiness of a Gose. This beer exemplies a very nice balance between the pineness and sourness.

Inspired by Ohio’s “little sure shot” Annie Oakley, this Hoppy Wheat beer is peppered with rounds of whole orange peel and fully loaded with Jarrylo hops.
We brewed this beer one day after the hops were harvested...as fresh and sticky as you can get! This wet hopped beer has an assertive bitterness balanced with bright aroma and flavors of Peach and Grapefruit derived from heavy additions of Citra and Mosiac hops.
Imagine a huge imperial stout clocking in at 13% brewed with coffee and vanilla. Then add a shitload of maple syrup. Yes! This is a real treat...
Thick, viscous, sweet vanilla and intense maple.
An old school style with an innovative new school spin. This beer was traditionally brewed for the miners of South Belgium. At Braxton Labs we've given this beer a heavy dose of rye malt (20% of the grist!) and a light handed dry hopping with the wonderfully citrusy Amarillo varietal. Clocking in at a sessionable 4.2%, we have a delightfully dry and earthy ale with spice and citrus notes.
