Ale brewed with cherries. Crisp and fruity with a hint of honey. Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat® follows the centuries old American tradition of brewing beer with native ingredients, in this case Michigan cherries. The sweet, fruitiness of the cherries is balanced against the crisp, cereal note from the malted wheat and the subtle citrus flavor from the Noble hops. A touch of honey is also added for sweetness. The end result is a sweet, refreshing beer that is light on the palate but long on complexity

The cappuccino of beers. Roasty, smooth and sweet. Samuel Adams® Cream Stout is a true cream stout, balancing body and sweetness, with the natural spiciness of grain and hand selected English hops. Our brewers use generous portions of roasted chocolate and caramel malts as well as roasted unmalted barley to impart a fullness of body, a roasty malt character and rich, creamy head. Its dark, mahogany color makes it almost as easy on the eyes as it is on the palate.

Intense and warming, a meal in a bottle. One cannot help but appreciate Samuel Adams® Double Bock's huge malt character. We use an enormous amount of malt, half a pound per bottle, to brew this intensely rich lager. Its deep brown-ruby color is all made in the kettle, no black malt is used, resulting in a rich sweetness that is free of the rough taste of burnt malt. All that remains is the velvet smooth flavor and mouth feel of the two-row malt. Samuel Adams Double Bock's intense malt character is balanced with a subtle piney, citrus hop note from the Noble hops.

A massive beer once brewed for royalty. Samuel Adams® Imperial Stout is our take on the traditional Russian imperial stouts from the 18th century. While this style originated in England, American craft brewers have embraced the style and taken it to whole new level of flavor and complexity. We think we raised the bar again. Samuel Adams Imperial Stout is a massive beer filled with big, dark flavors. It has been a brewery favorite in recent years and we are excited to share this intense brew with you. Due to legal restrictions, Samuel Adams Imperial Stout is not offered in the states of Idaho, Mississippi and South Carolina.

The gentle rain and fertile soil of Ireland helped inspire this style of ale, known for being remarkably balanced. Pale and caramel malts give Samuel Adams® Irish Red its rich, deep red color and distinctive caramel flavor. The sweetness of the malt is pleasantly balanced by an earthy character from the East Kent Goldings hops. Samuel Adams Irish Red finishes smooth and leaves you wanting to take another sip.

Toasty and crisp, an excellent beer for any occasion. Samuel Adams® Pale Ale is a delicious, lighter bodied beer with a delightfully fresh taste. Its unique blend of two-row malts add a rich harmony of sweet flavors that are complimented by the earthy hop character imparted by traditional British ale hops. The fermentation character of the ale yeast adds a bouquet of fruit and ester notes for another layer of complexity to this popular style.

The thirteenth hour is the witching hour and refers to the mysterious combination of flavors in this brew. We've combined the roasted chocolate and coffee flavors of a stout with the spicy character of a Belgian ale aged in oak. The combination of 7 different malts creates a brilliant black brew that's full bodied and smooth with rich notes of coffee, chocolate, and dark fruits like raisins and plums. The dark roasty, and slightly sweet flavors of a stout are blended with the unique, spicy and sour character of our Kosmic Mother Funk (KMF), an ale that's been aged in oak tuns for up to a year. The KMF gives the beer an added complexity with notes of black pepper, oak, vanilla, and a hint of acidity. Enjoy this beer now or age it to further develop unique flavors. We recommend pouring the beer gently into a traditional glass. Take care not to unsettle the fine layer of yeast that rests at the bottom from the bottle-conditioning, a process which creates an extra smooth and balanced flavor in the beer.

We love hops at Samuel Adams, and while we enjoy traditional IPAs, we thought we might spice things up a little bit, literally, by combining the intense hop character of an IPA with the crisp spicy wheat character of a Belgian-style white ale. The resulting fusion-style brew is Samuel Adams Whitewater IPA. The white ale and IPA combination make this crisp, smooth, yet hop-friendly beer the perfect pairing with a variety of meats and cheeses. Intensely flavored and firm in texture, Blue cheeses need a bold beer like Whitewater IPA to cleanse the palate. The brew's strong hop character also adds an earthiness to the savory flavor of meat.

In early 2014, Tony Gwynn’s team approached AleSmith to create a distinctive beer for the baseball legend. A meeting was called at the Gwynn household, which included a sampling of AleSmith beers to identify Tony’s preferences. He wanted the beer to be “light with a kick” which he elaborated further to mean full of hop character and light in body and color. The result of the Gwynn family’s feedback on test batches rendered a golden pale ale full of American hop flavor and aroma, with a subdued bitterness and a malty sweet finish. AleSmith San Diego Pale Ale .394 pays tribute to the city that Tony loved and the career high batting average that he achieved in ‘94. The Helles is an attenuated, full bodied, dry beer with a refreshing balance of subtle maltiness and lingering, noble hoppiness. Straw-blond in color with a cream-white head, San Juan is a sessionable, food friendly lager highlighted with subtle notes of tropical fruit.

A very nice pale ale, made clean without filtering. Leaves just a hint of honey with a snappy mead refreshing finish. Aroma is also very smooth. Hops are also mellow leaving no after taste. Body is good enough to rival a wheat beer.

A robust traditional English ale with a fine roasty-toasty flavor, handcrafted from select roasted barleys that impart its red-brown hue.

Santo is a black Kölsch, which technically doesn’t exist as a style, but this is as close as we can come to describing it. Essentially it is brewed using a Kölsch recipe with the addition of Munich and black malt. It is light bodied and floral yet with a distinct dark malt flavor. Our goal was to create a dark yet refreshing beer that would pair perfectly with a plate of enchiladas.

With lush use of aroma hops, Sapporo Premium has an amazingly crisp taste, refreshing flavor, and refined bitterness to leave a clean finish. Whether in our iconic SILVER CAN that is long loved by our American fans, in bottles, or on tap, Sapporo Premium can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Our Belgian Style White beer is smooth, tangy and very thirst quenching. Brewed with a delicate combination of oats, wheat and barley malt, we season it ever so lightly with hops. Then we add sprinklings of coriander and orange peel for a refreshing brew with a citrus aroma. Don't be fooled by the cloudy appearance, that's expected of a classic Belgian-style whitbier or white beer.

A hop lover's delight. In the India Pale Ale tradition this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.
