Scarlet Fire is an Irish/American style Red Ale. The name is reference to the frequent combination of Grateful Dead song’s Scarlet Begonias and Fire on the Mountain. With balanced malt sweetness and toasty roasted barley and East Kent Golding hops, it lives up to its heritage as an Irish Red Ale.

We used only the finest malts imported from Great Britain. Sure, it might cost a little more to brew, but we’re certain you’ll agree it’s worth it.

Schell's Light is an American lager with a golden color, light body and a refreshingly crisp dry finish. Brewed with 85 percent malted barley, it has a much fuller flavor than other light beer. 100 calories, 7 grams carbohydrates, 0.7 grams protein, 0 grams fat.

Science meets art in this glass of beautiful dark-roasted, heavily-malted beer. Creamy flavors of rich coffee might make you think this is infused bit the bean – but it is instead brilliant brewing which has created this fantastically frothy beverage.

Schlappeseppel Pils is a golden light beer of dry taste as it is not focused on a full-bodied malt taste but on the particular emphasis on the aromatic hop and bitter taste. These herbal and/or lemon flavours of the hops are perceived evoking the interplay between nose and palate.

A nostalgic indulgence – Seppel´s Shandy (beer mixture) surprises with an exotic taste. Made of Schlappeseppel beer with fresh lemonade, fruity lemon juice and flavoured with a touch of exotic herb ginger it titillates the palate. The addition of fresh lemon and aromatic ginger to tea has been known to the wise Confucius already. It is said, that each meal had to be flavoured with ginger, because ginger stimulates the blood flow. Ginger ans lime enrich beverages, food or chocolate just as well as the new beer mixture „Seppel´s Früchtchen“ in a remarkable and tastefull way. It is available in the ecologically friendly returnable glass bottle, either in a 24 box or in a handy sixpack. The refreshing taste, with the light acerbity of the genuine ginger and a shot of natural lemon juice complete the taste experience of the unfiltered beer mixture with 2,2% alcohol. Brewed of course in true Schlappeseppel quality.

Schlappeseppel Weißbier is a very soft beer, because wheat malt " has only a very fine peel. Brewing by top fermentation with cultured yeast provides this wheat beer with a fruity and/or even flowery aroma. Due to the higher content of carbonic acid it is especially refreshing and digestible.

Due to its high amount of malt, Schlappeseppel bock beer possesses an increased intensity of all perceivable aromas. This gold coloured beer has a strong, full-bodied and complex taste resulting from the malt and hop aromas.
