When reading the name “Stone Cali-Belgique IPA”, “Cali” hints that it is a California style IPA, and this brew has an undeniable Belgian influence, indicated by the word “Belgique” (which is how Belgium’s French-speaking population says the word “Belgian”; the Dutch speaking Belgians say “Belgie”). We carefully selected a Belgian yeast strain that illuminates a fascinating new aspect of the beer that is otherwise quite simply Stone IPA. The result is both completely new and different, while still being recognizable as a Stone Brew – and Stone IPA in particular. Think of it as an otherwise identical twin to Stone IPA that was raised in a Belgian culture. Literally.

Our flagship ale, Stone Pale Ale is our Southern California interpretation of the classic British pale ale style. Deep amber in color, Stone Pale Ale is robust and full flavored. A delicate hop aroma is complemented by a rich maltiness. This is an ale for those who have learned to appreciate distinctive flavor. Stone Pale Ale is great by itself, or with food that requires a beer of character.

A taste of our homespun farm-to-tableism is provided in this farmhouse ale stoked with lemon zest, plus lemon thyme and lavender straight from Stone Farms. This spring-to-summer saison is citric and herbal on the palate with a dry, peppery finish. Thanks to the infusion of fresh West Coast ingredients, this isn’t your everyday saison. It’s our saison—100% Stone.

The legend of Tyranena began 3,000 years ago, with a group of pyramids and effigy mounds constructed in a remote valley formed by a vast, slow-moving glacier. Today, these ancient stone tepees lie 60 feet below the surface of Rock Lake in Jefferson County but many have speculated on their origin purpose and the people who built them.

Stonefly IPA has been refreshed with the introduction of a new dry-hopping process we call Alle Zeit Hopfen. A new dry-hopping contraption we custom built called HopfenKubel that we designed to slowly release dry-hops continuously for 48 hours into the fermentation tank. This will allow more surface contact time with the hops and beer fully maximizing the aroma and flavors from the hops. The addition of Citra Hops deliver a spicy, floral, strong citrus and tropical tone of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee. Stonefly IPA will continue to support the efforts of the Schuylkill Action Network and donate a portion of proceeds to the Berks Watershed Restoration Fund to protect the source waters and health of the Schuylkill River watershed.

This unfiltered ale is a brewery favorite. Made with 20% rye malt and a splash of honey malt, Stonefly is a wonderfully balanced, medium-bodied beer. Featuring classic Northwest Crystal hops plus a dry-hop addition of Strata hops. You’ll love the refreshing taste, which offers hints of spice and citrus, along with a crisp, lightly-hoppy aroma.

Meet Stoner Duck, a professor of easy living and smooth vibes who holds a PHD in Biochemistry. Spending sunny days rapping with fellow “doctors” on the Venice boardwalk and his evenings in the lab, he has perfected this easy drinking, nut-brown ale with just the right dosage of organic hemp. It has a backbone of caramel and toasted malts with a touch of chocolate, complimented by fresh American hops and a mild tea-like aroma from the addition of hemp seeds. The doctor is in.

This Czech-style pilsner sports a light golden color and a firm white head. Crisp and refreshing, it has a dry mouthfeel and a pleasant floral aroma with a hop finish. Its Czech authenticity is grounded in the Czech-yeast we use, and the Aromatic malt and Sterling hop give it its distinctive dry, flavorful taste. Stonington Glory celebrates our town’s victory against the British in the 1814 Battle of Stonington, when we turned away a British fleet’s 160 guns with a mere two cannons. Great with: chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst, berries. Raise a glass to the stubborn, courageous locals of Stonington. Victory never tasted so good!

Not everyone likes lots of hops. Who knew? This beer is our "What do you have that's not bitter?" offering. Don't let the dark color fool you, Stony Face is very drinkable.

During a fierce storm on his voyage across the ocean, William Rahr could be heard yelling from the tall masted ship: "Roll on old sea! And when you are done, when the storm clouds have destroyed themselves, we will still be standing and drinking!" Today, we have created the ultimate ale for a voyage such as this: A German-Style IPA - a traditional India Pale Ale with German Influence.

This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium body with a light amber color. Generous additions of Cascade hops provide a refreshing bitterness and vibrant citrus aroma.

Our Northwest Red Ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2 Row along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich, red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal

Creamy, robust, Irish-style dry stout. Full of flavors from deep roasted barley malts with a slight hint of chocolate. This is a beer for those who desire a big taste.

Black as night with ruby highlights…so sexy. This stout is both roasty and sweet. Bigger versions of this hoppy stout will be found hanging out in barrels around our brewery.

Black in color, the Stout enters with a dark fruit aroma, atop a thick brown head, crowning a chocolate malt body, edged with coffee and balancing intense roasted grains.

Our darkest brew, heavy with roast barley and black patent malt. A full-bodied, rich stout that closes with a strong coffee character.

Bold, complex flavors with a solid malt backbone and assertive hop profile, along with cold conditioning, give this beer its crisp, clean, hoppy finish. Deep amber-to-orangish in color, Stowaway pours with a nice, creamy head; a huge hop aroma of citrus, pine and grapefruit notes; and a big, complex, and intense hop flavor from the 5 different hop varieties and double-dry-hopping procedure used in making this beer. The malt flavor up-front turns dry and crisp; Stowaway is full-bodied but with a dry finish and pleasant, long-lasting, hop aftertaste. This I.P.A. definitely leaves you wanting more.

Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, launched in 2010, can be described as a rich beer, intense dark in color and full taste. The aroma is spicy and elegant with light roasted keys. Brewed with a refined blend of special malts beer gets a complex character, which combines a pure dryness with hints of coriander, dark fruit, anise and roasted chestnut. The aftertaste is oily. Thanks to the bottle refermentation is created a living beer that has a taste evolution over several years. Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel combines excellently with chocolate desserts.

Straight-Up Hefe-Weizen is brewed with 60 percent malted wheat and 40 percent pilsner and other malts. It is an unfiltered beer with a cloudy appearance due to yeast and proteins that add a rich creamy mouth feel.
