Hopped with Northdown and East Kent Goldings. A classic, malt-forward style driven by Warminster floor malted Maris Otter with small amounts of Simpsons dark English crystal and a touch of Crisp Pale chocolate malt. Taste is well-rounded, with a sweet and spicy up front flavor, dry finish, and a cleansing hop bite.

90 BUs of hops in the boil, double dry-hopping, and krausening at packaging give this double IPA a complexity and character as rich as the Suruga Bay is deep.

An exceptionally light-colored beer fermented at slightly lower than normal ale temperatures to produce a lighter drinking, smooth and crisp beer. It’s not a light beer, but rather light-bodied ale with a slight hop nose.

An easy drinker, yet full of flavor, our unfiltered ale is perfect for any occasion. This dirty blonde has a nice malt backbone and a balanced bitterness, set apart by its pleasant hop aroma from our hop back.

Svyturys Ekstra is treasured by European beer drinkers for its transparent golden color and natural, perfect thick white head. Made from a combination of fresh malt, rice, bitter and aromatic hops, beer yeast and fresh water, this lager has an intense aroma of hops and rich long lasting taste that is empowered by slight bitterness. Judges of the most prestigious competitions – the World Beer Cup and the World Beer Championship – awarded it with gold and silver medals in 2000 and 2001 respectively. In a competition organized by the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists, this beer was recognized as the product of the year two years in a row. Ekstra beer was created as the flagship of the Svyturys beer brand, which first appeared in 1995. Ekstra is the only beer in the world brewed by a woman. She believes beer making to be a collaborative process. Traditionally at Svyturys, when a new type of beer is being developed, all employees of the brewery take part in the process. Every trial brew is tested and tasted by all employees. It may be a lot of work, but no one at the brewery seems to be complaining.

Why name a beer "Sweet As"? This beer is brewed with 100% New Zealand Hops. In New Zealand, "Sweet As " can be used to describe a fishing hole, a ski run, a sunset glowing behind a mountain or a set of legs that happen to be walking in front of you. Move over grapes. We’re celebrating the world’s most glorious vine.Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. But don’t let all this talk of hops mislead you. The Sweet Child has a serious malt backbone to stand up to all those hops, creating a delightful balance that will keep you coming back for more. It’s an IPA, Fulton-style.

Burnside Sweet Heat is a wheat ale with an addition of 200 pounds of Apricot puree, then dry hopped with imported Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers. Reminiscent of a Caribbean chutney, Sweet Heat has a subtle tartness from the fruit with a slight spiciness from the peppers which also adds a fruitiness to the aroma.

Sweetgrass APA is a Pale Ale of distinction! 2009 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal winner in the American Pale Ale category, this crisp and fragrant beer is hopped and dry-hopped with plenty of Amarillos and Cascades. Decades of giant corporations producing watered down versions of "Light Lager" has made the beer connessieur wary of the style. Sympathy for the Lager is an ode to bottom-fermented beers which can have just as much character as their top-fermented counterparts. A sessionable Belgian in the tradition of the Trappist brewer’s beers. This 4.0%ABV beer is citrusy, peppery, and refreshing. It pairs nicely with a turkey dinner or a sunny afternoon in the back yard.

While most savvy beer consumers have heard of Belgian Dubbels, Tripels and Quadruples, few have ever had a Belgian-style Enkel, meaning “Single”. This is an ale rarely, if ever, brewed on the West Coast, let alone America. Typically, Tafelbier (Table Beer) is brewed only at Trappist Monasteries for the monks to enjoy with meals. They often drink only half a bottle with lunch and the rest with supper, despite the beer’s low alcohol content. Our Tafelbier is modest in strength, robed in warm, golden hues and soft on the palate with a smooth, dry finish.

We’ve converted cautious beer drinkers and beer aficionados alike with our classic Amber Ale. Our surprisingly complex Amber Ale is one of our favorites in the lineup. Rich, caramel notes dominate the nose, while Northwest hop varieties balance the sweetness. Subtle chocolate and toasty malt flavors make up the body of the beer. With its elegant Amber color, accentuated by the creamy off-white head, we believe it truly embodies the Tahoe Beer spirit.
