Space Dust :: A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils malts, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue and light to medium body. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo. Space Dust is out of this world!

Hops dominate the aroma, reminiscent of citrus with floral notes. Heavy dry hopping contributes a strong haze, clouding the golden color. Light malt sweetness accents the heavy hop bitterness. The hop flavor leans towards a grapefruit/pine character. The hops slowly fade in the finish with a lingering bitterness.

So with space at a premium, there was no room for junk. Everything had to perform. Like that pair of jumper cables over there. When we need them, they get the job done, providing a spark to start something fresh, something new, shared among family, friends, even a stranger in need. So here’s to providing a spark when called upon, no matter who needs it. That’s why we call this this hoppy wheat ale Sparky. And always remember, red to positive. Sparky Hoppy Wheat Ale is a true-to-style American wheat beer. Unlike the common German Hefeweizen which features banana and clove yeast aromas and flavors, this beer features a clean American ale yeast. This single Cascade hop brewed beer focuses on being hop forward with a nice malt background support the hops and keep the beer well-balanced. This hop is citrus and pine forward. Sparky finishes dry, clean and crisp.

Harper's most popular beer, Spartan Wheat is a rich flavored, light colored wheat beer that any beer drinker can enjoy.

Spaten may be more famous for its Optimator doppelbock, but its helles bock is no less stellar. Surprisingly pale in the glass, it has a long-lasting crown. The aroma is full and malty, with a fresh but soft hop aroma. The palate is full but somewhat crisp, and rich with pale malt character. The hops serve only to hold up the malt. With 600 years of brewing behind it, Spaten never seems to disappoint. This is a classic German blond bock, suitable for any time of the year.

Our Mild English Ale It's been with us from the start and hasn't changed since that first brew way back in 1996. Ample quantities of caramel malt give this English ale a soft copper hue and the colorful addition of carapils malt adds a slight sweetness you might mistake for honey.

A delicate balance of toasted malt and fresh hops give this medium-bodied German-style lager an intriguing, complex malt flavor. A creamy head, deep golden color and an impressive hop bouquet make this a very special beer. Malts: Caramel, Caravienna, Munich, Pale Hops: Cascade, Mt. Hood

The deep gold colored brew has a strong citrusy hop aroma. The intense hop bitterness and flavor is backed by a medium maltiness and body. Our IPA is hopped 7 times during the boil with Chinook, CTZ, lots of cascade, and dry hopped for additional character.

We brew this amber beer as a tribute to 'Spéciale Belge', an authentic Belgian style of beer that has existed since 1900. Our ‘Speciale 1900’ has incidentally been recognised as a Regional Product of Flanders since 2009.

Speedway Stout’s ominous, pitch-black appearance has become a hallmark of this modern-day classic. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee from Ryan Bros. Coffee, Inc. added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors and enhances its drinkability. Despite its intensity, Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink. This beer ages very well and will continue to mature for many years to come.

One of our flagship beers. Aggressive hoppy aromas and flavors intertwined with a malty backbone to balance it out. Dry hopped to bring out a blend of bright citrus and pine hop character.

Variety is the spice of life. Every once-in-a-while, you've gotta mix things up. Our catalyst for such an excursion out of the ordinary is, um, actually spice. Spice of Life uses traditional brewing spices in a way few dare to. Forsaking traditional ideas of subtlety and cowardly "Pinch of This, Pinch of That" brewing techniques, we embrace the flavors and launch them into a full frontal assault of delicious bitter orange peel and grains of paradise. Beautifully smooth coriander compliments and orange peel perfectly.

American Wheat ale dry hopped with Bravo, Cascade & Centennial for some lively notes of lime candy and nectarine.

Made with ultra-rare Simcoe© Hops, this brew is highly floral with mild pine and citrus tones. Effervescent, clean, sharp, and vibrant.

In the tradition of our Splendor on-hop series, the 5th versionuses Calypso hops exclusively in the boil and dry-hop, providing a unique peppery, pear skin aroma to this dry, effervescent beer. A nice, hoppy alternative for IPA fans.

Dry-hopped with Citra, Spook Hill rolls up your palette with juicy mango, papaya, and subtle woody notes. Though crafting a perfectly balanced Pale Ale can be an uphill climb, Spook Hill finishes fruity and refreshing.
