A cloudy, juicy IPA with lots of tropical fruit flavor. One thing The Bronx isn’t short on is toughness. It’s strong work ethic and no-nonsense attitude are why we chose to brew our beer here. And in the spirit of the character of The Bronx, we created this tough-as-nails Northeast IPA. Full-bodied and hazy with tastes of orange, mango, and pineapple, it’s a brew made big & bold like the borough that inspired it.

Cleveland's version of the classic German Berliner Weisse style. An unfiltered wheat beer with a tart finish. How do you combine a traditional German Berliner Weisse with a signature Cleveland twist? Cleveliner Weisse. Brewed in the traditional unfiltered way but with a tart Lactobacillus flavor, this is one of our favorite ways to ring in those first warm days on the patio.

Legend has it that in ancient Germany the finest doppelbock in the land was made by a small clan known as the Hamstermeisters. Their secretive brewing techniques yielded sensational beers revered by Deutschland's elite and proletariat alike. During the Germanic Hamster Uprising of the early 1300's, the clan was disbanded and, sadly, the magical technique was lost in time…… until now. Nathan recently brewed the old world Doppelbock using his own secretive techniques. True to style, it’s a rich copper colored, malt-forward brew with toffee sweetness and a toasty finish. We think the Hamstermeisters would be proud.

Saison brewed with pink peppercorns, fresh ginger, Mosaic hops, and a load of passionfruit puree. Originally brewed on our small-batch pilot system by GLBC brewpub employees.

Classic all German ingredient Bock; a dark amber lager with pronounced bread/toast flavors and a slight roastiness. Semi-strong and lightly sweet.

1911 Hopped is a supremely aromatic sparkling cider made with NY state apples and hops. Harvested from hop haven in Skaneateles, NY, we use only the finest cascade, nugget and Chinook hops, for a bold and juicy flavor profile.

As a result, inside this bottle you’ll find 750ml of liquid gusto – a delightfully piquant, refreshingly tasty, beautifully rosy-hued, impossible-to-resist hard cider. We tint our cider naturally by steeping it with dried hibiscus calyces and, for a dash of zing, we lightly infuse it with freshly peeled and sliced ginger root. Awestruck Hard Cider is perfect poured over ice and enjoyed with friends.
