In Ireland the stout is know as Mothers Milk. We have taken that one step further and added a healthy dose of milk sugar. To phone Ireland, you need to call country code 353, we think when you drink this stout, it will be just like calling home. Staying true to the tradition of the Irish to never trust a beer that you can see through, we tossed in a massive dose of chocolate malt and even a splash of roasted barley. To finish this elixir from the mother land, we added a couple of hops from jolly 'ol England.

Don't let the name scare you, this is an easy drinker, slightly sweet and bitter.

Named for our seventh batch of beer, code named 007 Undercover IPA, our larger-than-life American IPA produces a hop aroma so thick you can almost see it. Pale, Caramel, and Caravienne malts create the big body and supporting grainy sweetness, while hops deliver pronounced bitterness with a dominant citrus aroma and flavor. Hopped to perfection with seven different varieties including Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo, to name a few. This IPA slips under the radar as a strong ale like no other.

This powerfully juicy and punchy combination of Australian and New Zealand hops packs tropical fruit and lip-smacking bitterness in spades.

We put together an American style wheatwine, a sort of forgotten hybrid of a barleywine style ale. We utilized five different types of wheat for our biggest beer yet. We promptly aged it in local white wine barrels that'll round out the tart, full bodies, herbaceous hop profile, enhancing one year down, and forever to go! Cheers!

What you get is a hop-centric but easy drinking beer with tons of citrus and floral hop character brought on by Centennial, Cascade, Columbus and Chinook hops and backed with a solid malt bill.

Our limited release Imperial IPA is all about excess. We use massive quantities of the finest European barley malts and American hops to produce a wonderfully malty beer with outrageous hop expression. Specially brewed in celebration of our 10 year anniversary, this light-bodied white IPA is brewed with wheat and oats, generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops for a clean, floral, punchy hop finish. Refreshing and irresistible!

The first session of the Harpoon 100 Barrel Series kicked off this new adventure in brewing with style. It is also the first beer that we honored by brewing it for the Encore Series.

Framboise, French for "raspberry", is a Belgian-style fruit lambic. Made with more than 4,600 pounds of raspberries, 50% wheat at a gravity of 14°p it has all the makings of a great summer time beer. Highly carbonated, it produces a wonderfully pink, lacey head. The burgundy color foretells of intense raspberry aromas. A nice, sweet start finishing with a tart and acidic finish that is light and refreshing.

Our Kellerbier is made in the German style that is traditionally matured in un-bunged wooden barrels in caves. The lower alcohol and low carbonation accent the balance between the generous amounts of German malts and hops used to make this beer. Surprisingly thirst quenching, this beer goes wonderfully with many different food styles—or by itself. Prosit! (Cheers!)

Our version of this classic Belgian style is slightly cloudy with a deep golden color. The complex, fruity aroma is a result of the esters produced by our special yeast. The soft malty flavor finishes smoothly with a slight sweetness.

For the 33rd session of the Harpoon 100 Barrel Series, we’re using locally grown hops and malted barley in our Glacier Harvest Wet Hop Ale, a pale ale made with fresh Glacier hops.

Beer has inspired traditions and celebrations across the world. As brewers, there is one festival in particular that has intrigued us because it is devoted to a single beer ingredient: hops. The Dočesná hop festival celebrates the harvest of hops, grown in the area surrounding the Bohemian city of Zatec. The area has a long history as one of the world’s eminent hop growing regions. This is commemorated annually with music, dancing, hop-picking competitions, and beer drinking. An inspiration indeed for brewing a beer! This deep chestnut colored ale uses Sládek hops imported from the Zatec region. The Sladek hops provide a clean, slightly bitter but smooth finish. With a medium body, it is well balanced beer. A great choice for celebrations.
