This Nipponia is brewed using two Japanese original materials; "Kaneko Golden," the Japanese ancient barley, and "Sorachi Ace," the hop which once was bred in Japan. Please enjoy the citrus flavor, the golden color and the complex taste.

Dry Finish

Hitman Gold is an American Pale Ale. The flavor is smooth but aggressively hopped with Simcoe Hops. The beer is best described as a ââ?¬Å?mini-IPAââ?¬Â. The beer is inspired by the famous wrestler Bret The Hitman Hart, who also is the artist who designed and drew the logo.

Citra hops and honey malt combine to deliver a hot load of tropical fruit. It’s a full-on facial of pineapple, grapefruit, and lychee, offset with enough bitterness on the swallow to equalize it. So open wide and be prepared to share with a friend. After all, sharing is caring.

Hive 56 is a dark sour ale aged with honey in an oak foudre for eighteen months. The beer is deep mahogany in color with aromas of strawberries, lemon, and tropical fruit; notes of dark chocolate, raspberries, and figs present themselves upon the first sip, followed by a lingering tartness. We brew this beer with a blend of dark Munich malt, chocolate wheat, midnight wheat, and roasted barley, and hop with Cascade and Northern Brewer. Hive 56 undergoes initial fermentation with our house yeast; we then transfer the beer to a foudre with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and fresh honey from our Allagash beehives. Over the course of the next 18 months, the Brettanomyces transforms the honey, resulting in a beer with bold, roasty flavors, and a hint of tropical fruit.

The outstanding feature on this unusual Wheat Wine is sourwood honey, a delicious rare honey found only in southern Appalachia. With a gigantic wheat grain bill, this beer should be sipped, not chugged. Perfect as a pre dinner cocktail or desert beer

Fantome's winter offering, available December through March or so. Brewer Dany Prignon changes his receipes every year, so we can't so for sure what this year's beer will be like, but it is sure to please lovers of Dany's beers.

Semidark special Hlinecké has a characteristic amber colour, rich head and caramel aroma. It is a very pleasantly bitter 13% beer with a strong flavour. It is produced once every two years for the brewery celebration.
