Our mascot, Phil the Pelican, got this Imperial IPA recipe from his long-lost Indian cousin, and has recreated the flavor of the British Empire with his own American twist. Enjoy the huge Cascade hop aroma, the subtile malty sweetness, and the spicy, citrusy flavor of this robust, gold colored ale.

Our Imperial Porter was made with pale malt, dark Munich, dark crystal, rye and chocolate wheat malt. It has a clean bite that compliments its robust malt profile. Unfiltered.

BIG. HOPPY. RED. Irish beer gone incognito! Our IRA has a beautiful burnt orange/red color with the unmistakable aroma and flavor of American hops. This beer is brewed to be dry with full flavor of Nugget, Apollo & Cascade dry hopping. With over two pounds of hops per barrel (that's a lot) its like no beer ever brewed in Erie.

Red Eye PA Combining the resiny, citrus hop character of Simcoe, Summit and Amarillo hops with the caramel/munich malt flavors typical of a red ale gives this IPA a different "look" compared to most.

Big bold, creamy milk stout with a kick. We took our Running Man and beefed him up with more grain, more hops and more of that sweetness that makes this milk stout memorable.

Imperial Stout is a powerful and full-bodied beer, brewed with several roasted malt types and matured with oak to round out the taste of the beer and give even more body. Imperial Stout has a soft carbonation, that gives a beautiful cream-colored foam and a well balanced flavor and mouthfeel. You will be able to taste notes of coffee, bitter chocolate, oak and vanilla. Serve Imperial Stout with game, strong cheese or chocolate desserts.

Aarhus Brewery Stout was inspired by the English Imperial Stout. Imperial Stout is the beer was originally developed for the Tsar's court in St. Petersburg. Petersburg. In the 1800s, this beer very popular. The beer bryggedes in England and sailed to Russia. In order to withstand the long journey was done beer extra strong compared to the Stout, sold in England. The beer was drained often champagne bottles. The high alcohol content of 8% is to ensure the durability of the black beer. There used unrefined cane sugar from Mauritius as extra flavoring. Most English ales are brewed with unrefined cane sugar. By using unrefined sugar, you get tasting notes from cane sugar in the finished beer. The color is in the bright end of the scale. On the other hand, there is no added caramel color in this Stout! The taste of Aarhus Brewery Stout is thick and bold. Although it is a strong beer, it is not the hops that are dominant. This makes it easier to access than many other black beer. There is also a slight sweetness from cane sugar that is balanced with the hops. In time, hop bitterness subside, and the sweetness will dominate. The young Stout will be a good companion to a piece of dark meat or a heavy casserole. It will certainly be obvious to drink for Christmas War or pork roast. Danish Yule developed over centuries, where we always have been drinking beer. Therefore suitable beer is just better to Danish cuisine. Aarhus Brewery Stout will also be an excellent companion for all cheeses. Try to serve bread with cheese. Bread and Stouten will lift and compliment the cheeses. Serving temperature of Aarhus Brewery Stout allowed to be about 10 degrees. It does not matter that the further warmed in the glass, it can easily tolerate. In time, hop bitterness removable and sweetness will dominate. In about 2 years, Stout be an exciting companion to a strong chocolate cake! Save a box, forget it and enjoy! But do not wait too long. by saving it dark and cool, it is not unlikely that it will keep for years.

It’s a beer that’s been thought about for quite some time – actually since the brewers first visit to Sherbrooke Liquor in Edmonton, AB, Canada a few years back, and finally I did it. After a whole freaking day of brewing coffee for this beer I can truly say it is Craft. If not devoted to the product who in their right mind would brew hundreds of litres of coffee for a beer? In-Heat Wheat is our German-style Hefeweizen. She is a full flavor beer, perfect for the more adventurous craft beer drinker. The addition of malted white wheat gives this brew its smooth, full mouthfeel. A proprietary yeast creates intriguing flavors of bananas and cloves.

An India Cream Ale, Inca is our reinvention of a classic American style with West Coast sensibilities. Light and hoppy.

This great wheat beer soon to be released in bottles and kegs is an unfiltered Belgian styled wit beer brewed with Belgian malt and wheat and spiced with coriander and orange peel with a touch of noble hops. Andy our brew master also adds a secret spice for a smooth, easy drinking beer.

Generous portions of Cascade, Columbus and Chinook hops are added throughout the brewing process to create Rubicon’s Flagship Ale. Golden in color with an assertive hop bitterness. This beer won gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival. A true American Classic.

This strong IPA is a hop lover's dream. The smooth but intense bitterness comes mostly from Columbus and Northern Brewer hops. Late addition Cascade hops and dry hopping with Cascade and Amarillo hops help give this beer a complex character and aroma. Our IPA utilizes 3 varieties of hops throughout the 90 minute boil and 5 in the fermenter to dry hop. Even at 95 IBU’s the hops flavor is well-balanced from nose to finish.
