A Stout beer in the style of the great Irish brews made with Pale, Black and Chocolate malts with a heavy use of Roasted Barley to dry out the palate and lend a very roasty finish to this beer. A very malt accented brew that is lightly hopped with the English hop varietal First Gold. This beer is jet black in color and is unfiltered.

A refreshing session amber, possessing a soft balanced malt character. A touch of roast in the finish that plays well with the subtle hop character.

This Irish Red Ale offers a fine balance between six types of malt and two types of hops.

Irish Red is a smooth drinking, amber colored beer with a caramelized taste from the crystal malt. Brewed with a discreet amount of hops.

Specialty kilned malts such as dark caramel and munich dominate the Irish Red resulting in a ruby red colour and smooth malty taste. The Irish Red has a distinct reddish tinge with a medium body and a sweet maltiness. The hop flavor is potent, using aromatic British hops, although it doesn’t rise to the level of an IPA. Another session beer, this is for those who want a nice flavorful beer with a supple hop zest, without rising to the thundering flavor of the IPA.

Saddlebock Irish red is a balanced beer made with kilned malts and roasted barley to give it a distinctive reddish color. It is an easy drinking beer, with the sweet, malty notes balanced with a medium hop characteristic.

An Irish red ale style beer from Kilkenny, Ireland. It is a clear beer with a rich ruby colour and creamy head. The brewing process depends on four main inputs: malt, yeast, water and hops. These each contribute to the distinctive aroma and taste of the beer. Smithwick's was originally created as a special brew for the first Kilkenny Beer Festival. It was later renamed Smithwick's No. 1 but is known today as Smithwick's.[1]

Irish Red Ale gains its malt character and color from a blend of caramel malts. A healthy dose of hops balances the malts, and makes this ale very smooth and drinkable.

2-Row base malt combined with a blend of Munich and Victory malts imparts a sweeter beginning. Dark Crystal and a touch of Roasted Barley allow a dry finish characteristic expected in an Irish Red Ale. Along with Rye malt giving this beer a spicy overtone infused with a unique malt flavor. Topped off with a combination of Columbus and East Kent Golding hops, rounds out this unique combination of malt giving a smooth satisfying finish.

A highly approachable IPA with lots of hop flavor and aroma, mild bitterness, and a dry finish. Dosed late in the boil, as well as dry-hopped, this India Pale Ale focuses not on the bitterness in the finish, but instead on the flavor and aroma of the hops. 5% ABV.

Lightly kilned caramel malts round out the pungent, piney Chinook dry-hopping. As its smooth mouthfeel dissipates into a pleasantly bitter finish, we hope you’ll find our IPA an elegant outlier from its hometown crowd.

A deep garnet, this ale pours a frothy beige cap. In the nose, deeply rooted dark fruits give way to a perfume, bubblegum, banana, and some yeasty esters. Lots of toasty notes with dark bread, caramel malts. Flavour profile initially is sweet with dark fruit and caramel. This leads to toasty spicy flavours with a hint of smoke and fall fruits. The hops come through to balance the sweetness perfectly. Very nice dense head with good lacing and retention. This is a full bodied amber ale with a nice balance of creamy grainy fruitiness, and sharp hops bitterness.

A decidedly rusty copper, pours a thick and frothy cream coloured head. In the nose, caramel malts meet toasty spices. Notes of chestnut here with a nice fruity component leaning towards plum. Tastes of sweet caramel, some butterscotch. A good level of biscuit graininess follows with fruit, some vanilla/rye/spices. Nice hop bite comes mid-palate and lasts. Medium/Full body, creamy with marked lasting fruity and a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
