Like all of our Achromatic stouts, Peanut Butter Cup Achromatic starts as an Imperial Stout brewed with an obscene amount of chocolate malts, oatmeal, and crystal malts to lend a sweet, caramel malt backbone. We boil for nearly 6 hours to achieve the unbelievably rich, chewy, thick mouthfeel of the base beer. Then, we take the decadence a step further with a huge addition of peanut flour (note of caution for anyone with peanut allergies) and cacao nibs. It’s like trick or treating for adults, except there’s no tricks, only a liquid peanut butter cup treat!
