Our premium porter brewed with fresh pecans, oats, honey and brown sugar

Pecans suck. That’s what I thought as a kid. Now I love them. So much so that I decided to create a beer in homage to the pecan as it finds the perfect home: a pie. Our Pecan Pie Porter balances sweet and nutty porter flavors with the subtle addition of all natural and organic pecan concentrate and butter pecan extract. The result is mouthwatering goodness.

Medium bodied with an off white head. Nutty sweet pecan with hints of chocolate, roast, coffee and soft finish.

Nearly black in color, (512) Pecan Porter is made with Organic US 2-row and Crystal malts along with Baird's Chocolate and Black malts. Its full body and malty sweetness are balanced with subtle pecan aroma and flavor from locally grown pecans. Yet another true Austin original!

Pecan grove is brewed with multiple additions of Southern pecans. Nutty and light.

Created with organic peaches added to our 'Seizoen Bretta' from a nearby farm. This beer displays crisp peach flavor with the added acidity produced by our special Brett yeast.

A Belgian style golden ale made with real fruit. Our brewers start with a traditional golden ale made with pale malt and lightly hopped, then added over 400 lbs of peaches and 100 lbs of apricots. A traditional Belgian yeast strain provides subtle aromas in the finish.

Bourbon barrel-aged.

Funky, fruity and spicy aromas, cloudy and fuzzy straw-like appearance, milky and medicinal mouthfeel, earthy undertones with a big tart finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops, and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on American Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces lambicus, and a Belgian yeast strain, we then added peaches and aged for another 2 months.

English Robust Porter with all English ingredients. GABF 2014 Bronze award winner.

A Czech style Pil­sner lager. The beer has a caramel body and com­plex aroma pro­file from the Ger­man and Czech hops. Hops – Mag­num, Haller­tauer Mit­tel­fruh,Tet­tnang and Saaz

Brewed with all German grains and hops. A nice refreshing light bodied, straw colored Pilsner style beer. Great on a hot summer day!

Ah, cooler months ahead; Malt on the mind. Not in the mood for any of the richly roasted and burnt notes of our Malpais but still want something substantial and dark? Cuddle up with this fine Robust Porter. Featuring a boat-load of British Pale, chocolate, caramel and black malts, this nearly opaque beer is brimming with a nose of milk chocolate and caramel. A good dose of American Centennial hops balance the sweetness of the malts nicely and leaves you with a beer that is a great stepping stone to the colder months without smacking you upside the head with coffee, burnt toast and…alcohol.

A Belgian American porter brewed with Belgian candy sugar and roasted barley and dark malts. Exhibits coffee, raisin and fig notes.

Pedlars Pale was an idea sparked from the bustling markets of Melbourne, inspired by the fresh produce and the colourful characters peddling it. It’s an abundantly hopped beer, one that’s light in colour but not in flavour. Malt provides the balance to its assertive bitterness and hoppy bouquet, while dry hopping adds tropical fruit and resinous characters. Residual live yeast helps maintain its natural freshness, resulting in a distinct, hazy brew. Complex and stimulating, it’s like a conversation you can drink.

An array of brown, roasted and caramel malts create this rich and malty ale. A small addition of peat smoked barley adds a subtle layer of intrigue to this local favorite.
