Nephelium lappaceum, aka rambutan is native to Indonesia and Malaysia. The earliest record of rambutan trees shows that they were cultivated by the Malayan jungle tribes. Rambutan trees grow naturally throughout Southeast Asia, and are closely related to several other edible tropical fruits including lychee, longan, and mamoncillo. This beer is a delicate blend of 25% Malefactor and 75% Sour Reserve aged on fresh rambutan. Inviting tropical fruit aromas lead to tangy flavors of grape and zest. Enjoy with pistachios, grilled white fish, and friends.

This American Pale Ale’s hop profile is complimented with an ample amount of malt flavor. It’s cold-conditioned on New Zealand hops creating an unmistakable citrus-like aroma. Cheers!

Also referred to as a Doppelbock, this is the strongest beer made by High Point. Rich creamy head with bouquet of wheat malt, black current, clove, and apple. Deep full flavors of caramel and chocolate malt balance with hops for a smooth warming character. The finish is smooth and malty leading to a subtle alcohol and dark caramel finish. The wonderful balance of this beer provides a complex profile that hides the 9.5% alcohol content. The perfect companion for a cold winter night.

The Rancho Rye is a red ale is brewed with a generous portion of Rye malt for a spicy dry finish. We balance dry Rye crispness with caramel and chocolate malts for a deep color and flavor. The Rancho rye is hopped with American and English hops for a distinctly different flavor and aroma.

As the name implies, this Rando is floral in both flavors and aromas, due to a lineup of some more intense floral hops. We kept the malts simple, to allow this big beer’s hops really shine. This Rando IPA will be your springtime anthem!

Rando IPA #20 uses a blend of hops to give nice floral, citrus, and tropical qualities with some spice. The malt profile lends to a mild, spicy wheat-like flavor with a hint of toasty caramel sweetness. This IPA is heavily focused on hop flavor and aroma with big dry hop additions that really shine with the light malt body.

Our Hefeweizen provides the base for this refreshing drink a variation of the German Radler which contains a 50-50 mix of Hefeweizen and sparkling lemonade. Our staff creates a variety of fresh fruit mixers on a daily basis in addition to the traditional lemon-based mixer. Our newest beer, Randy’s IPA, is a well-balanced IPA that delivers plenty of hop character with a smooth finish. Randy’s IPA is brewed here in Middle Tennessee at Mayday Brewery in Murfreesboro. We use EKG, Cascade and Zythos hops to deliver a bold flavor. Pale, Caramel, Biscuit and Munich provide balance with the hops and the 12% wheat gives the beer a full mouthfeel with a smooth finish.
