After a very very long boil, fresh raspberries and raspberry juice is infused into this intense lager, bringing about fresh berry notes with a hint of chocolate, like a chocolate truffle. A wonderful balance of sweet malt and tart fruit lends to the drinkability, while a long aging period mellows the alcohol, making for a great sipper with a long finish.

A raspberry infused full flavored Bavarian style wheat beer made with over 50% wheat malt, German hops and fermented with hefeweizen yeast. When we brew this beer we add just a touch of real raspberries during the fermentation process. The result is a modest fruit flavor which enhances— without dominating the rich, malty, stout taste. What do you get when you infuse raspberrys and coffee beans into a rich milk stout beer - a Raspberry Latte Stout of course! This dark brew is a combination of deep roasted coffee, a rich milk stout and raspberries to top it off. The locally roasted coffee beans are from the Iowa Coffee Roasters and are roasted right up the road from Millstream Brewery in Cedar Rapids. After using 25 pounds of coffee beans to create the roasty character, it is then fermented with 170 pounds of raspberry puree to add a touch of unique flavor to this smooth brew.

Part of our quarterly rotation, this milk stout has light, sweet notes of chocolate, caramel, and a big nose of raspberry.
