Beneath the mellow roast character, you’ll find a density of flavor that includes plumb, raisin, burnt sugar, and the obligatory chocolate. A smooth stout that lures you in with a kiss of vanilla with a clean finish. Named for the mythical mermaid-like creature that drowned young men in rivers and lakes with the disguise of a beautiful woman.

Caravienne, Munich, Vienna, and 7 other malts combine with 6 hop varieties to make Rush Creek Red IPA a hoppy AND Malty ale, finely balanced, with a clean, crisp, satisfying finish. Dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial, Northern Brewer, Chinook, and CTZ.

This golden colored, 1800′s style farmhouse ale is made with premium maple syrup from the Rush Family Farm in Allamakee County. Big, full ale flavor up front with just a slight hint of maple in the finish.

Historically, very strong, dark beers were brewed in England to be shipped to the Baltic region. The Russian Monarchy loved these beers so much that the beers began being referred to as Russian Stouts. Our Russian Imperial Stout is brewed with a unique method that compounds each subsequent batch with wort from the previous. The result is a truly rich, complex beer. This is the base that we age in Bourbon Barrels to eventually become Pugachev’s Cobra.

Paying homage to Catherine the Great and Cossacks everywhere, Sky High's Russian Imperial Stout is rich and chewy, full-bodied and strong. A hearty, easy-drinking Stout, with a sweet vanilla/molasses nose, smoky roasted nutty flavors and a warm bear hug finish. Da!
