In appreciation of the diverse recreational activities and natural splendor that the river offers, Sly Fox Brewing Company presents SRT Ale—a golden, hop-forward American Pale Ale and a salute to the beautiful Schuylkill River Trail.

Aromas of clove, cinnamon and ripe dark red fruit, lead into an elegant symphony of rich, warm flavors encompassing roasted caramel malts, citrusy orange, dates and fig. The finish is smooth and dry, with a hint of spiciness, presenting itself as an overall holiday indulgence.

St. Ides High Gravity Premium Malt Liquor is the brand of choice with the new generation of malt liquor drinkers. With its high quality, high strength flavor, St. Ides compliments the lifestyle of the fast paced, urban, edgy malt liquor drinker of today.

A deep copper coloured traditional Irish Ale with highly developed and complex flavours. St Patrick�s Ale/Dark is brewed with four malts and two hops, carefully married together to complement eachother producing a satisfying full flavour, ending with a Styrian late hop for a truly brilliant finish.

This is a big, malty and rich Belgian-style abbey ale. We combined both US- and Belgian-malted barley and a specially selected yeast strain to produce a truly unique beer. This beer was brewed as a thank-you to my father Vince who has helped to make this brewery a reality. It will be brewed once a year and released on Father’s Day. This is a great beer for aging, so lay some down and try it in a year or two! Ripe fruit, figs and chewy malt are a few of the flavors you will encounter in this beer. There is an underlying roastiness and caramel sweetness that comes through toward the end. Hops play a background role to the malt character of this brew.

This is the beer Frank Zappa would have brewed if Frank Zappa had been a Belgian monk! St. A is a malt rich Belgian style Dubbel in the mold of a trappist ale. With about 7 % abv, and just enough Sterling hops to provide a nice balance, the flavor of this Dubbel will transport you to a cobbled road in Flanders that leads to the old monastery. St Alfonzo’s is Brewer Alex Sheldon’s first Signature Series brew. Sorry, pancakes not included…

A radically different version of our St. Anne's Amber Ale. This sour sister ferments and ages open to the elements allowing our house wild yeast to take hold and create a truly unique beer. This sour ale is very approachable while still delivering on that funkiness that you expect with sour beers!

Dominated by three big-hitting American hops; Cascade, Chinook & Willamette. It's a worldly beer for a modern, worldly drinker.

This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

This traditional Witbier (Wheat beer) has been developed in cooperation with Master Brewer Pierre Celis, the Godfather of Hoegaarden and Celis White. This beer as well has a second fermentation in the bottle, giving this beer its specific taste (5.5% alcohol content).

A full-bodied lager beer of exuberant and robust character. It’ s muscle-man body comes from decocted German malts and noble German hops. Lagered long and cold to refine its strong temperament, St. Boisterous emerges smooth and seductive, with a malty sweet charm. This classic rendition of the German Maibockstyle will warm your heart.

St. Bretta is our 100% Brettanomyces Whitebier that was just released this week! Not only is St. Bretta an evolution of Wild Wild Brett Orange, but also it will be ever-changing depending on the fresh citrus available that season. For our spring release we decided to brew St. Bretta with fresh Minneola Tangelo. Each seasonal release of St. Bretta will have a diverse range of citrus fruit added to keep the beer fresh and exciting (the summer release was brewed with blood oranges)!
