The addition of oats to this double IPA gives it a large, silky body. The slight toastiness form the crystal malt compliments the explosion of pine and grapefruit, while finishing with a deceivingly dry yet quenching zest.

This premium bitter has a distinctly malty character with a hint of nuttiness while the enhanced hopping rate recalls for many the good old days of a true Yorkshire bitter. Stallion gained the coveted award of Champion Beer at the 1994 York Festival.

Every butcher has standards, and then there are butchers who set the standards. This beer is brewed with malts that give us hints of coffee and cocoa beans. We layered in generous late hop additions to bring forward pine and citrus aromas. Balanced with fruitiness in the body and notes of toasted bread, this beer is our standard Black IPA. An American Imperial Stout..since, why should the Russians get all the recognition! All malted barley with just a sprinkling of oats for texture. This beer is roasty throughout with many deep undertones of blackberry, cassis, tobacco and leather. The layers of malt reveal themselves one by one as the beer changs in the glass. Take your time with this one. Enjoy now, or lay it down in yor cellar for a few years!

This unfiltered ale retains a medium maltiness and body and features a flowery hop perfume and pleasant bitterness.

With its dark-roasted coffee aroma, espresso and chocolate flavor, this stout has flaked oats which create a velvety body and a dry finish.

Amber Hybrid was originally a California Common, but after a late addition of cascade hops, some darker roasted malts, higher temperatures in open fermentation tanks, and reduced yeast cell counts, we ended up creating this incredibly complex and easy drinking masterpiece.
