St. George Spring Lager is our representation of the original lager beer. Sharing its roots with the Maerzan and Oktoberfest beers, this Vienna-style lager is brewed using classic European malts resulting in an amber colored beer with a rich, malt character while traditional German hops provide a noble and perfectly-balanced hop bitterness.

A lightly toasted British-style malt flavor balanced by bright Northwest-style hops. Spring forward with this refreshing seasonal ale. Notes of toasted malt up front, with a bright and crisp Northwest hop finish. It’s a session beer that everyone can enjoy!

What does an acupuncturist, a vivid dream, and wood barrels have in common? They all gave inspiration for Springboard Ale. It starts with our sustainability director's acupuncturist. The acupuncturist had a dream about making a beer with New Belgium. And New Belgium had a brewmaster who was searching for the right ingredients to blend with our wood-aged beer. So, the sustainability director, the acupuncturist, and the brewmaster gathered in front of a wall of Chinese herbs. The outcome of their brainstorm was Springboard Ale. While ingredients like Gogi berries and Schisandra might sound funny, the taste leaves you smiling for more. We like to refer to this cloudy blonde with a deliciously dry finish as our ale for the seasons of last runs and fresh starts.

A classic German lager in the Marzen style. Brewed for the spring season with all German malt and hops.

This is our original lager. It was the runner up in the judges’ choice category of the brew fest in conjunction with the 8th Street Jazz Festival, Fall 2011. This is a light tasting, refreshing lager with a hint of sweetness and a subtle hop flavor.

A light-bodied American style brown ale with hints of nuts and toast. The addition of hops is kept to a minimum, leaving it on the malty side and making this an easy drinker for any occasion. Bronze Medal @ 2016 Washington Beer Awards

This distinguished ale was brewed in the colonial tradition of using molasses and spruce tips in place of flavor hops to give this beer its unique flavor.

With the help of many Fort George fans we picked over 200 lbs of Spruce tips, leaving our arms aching from the constant stabbing of the Spruce needles. With nothing more than organic two-row malt and Spruce tips for ingredients, this beer might be the best thing you have ever put in your mouth. With Spruce tips being full of vitamin C, this beer is incredibly good for your health* and can lead to a longer life.** With each glorious sip you are able to realize what an adventure into the woods taste like. Beers made with spruce or other types of pine were brought to Scotland by the Vikings who brewed ales and spice with fresh spruce shoots to prevent scurvy on sailing voyages. Spruce beer was also drunk before battle as it was thought to bring out one’s animal instincts. Spruce Goose, our modern-day version of the Viking’s beer, is a darker brew with complex earthy flavors throughout. Bronze Medal Winner, 2009 Australian International Beer Competition

Brown porter with juniper and spruce. Juniper paired with the fresh sharpness of spruce presents a gin-like flavor profile. This is rounded out and complemented by the roastiness of the brown malt. The perfect beer for toasting the holiday season!​
