This started our Brewer's Reserve Series and is surely one that will be offered again. A gorgeous deep brown beer with ruby highlights showcasing its complexity. Fruit flavors of raisins, plums, dates, and dark cherries are balanced out with spicy Belgian yeast flavors and alcohol warmth. A very drinkable beer considering it's size.

It's naturally cloudy Wit, but with the tartness of rhubarb accenting the delicate sweetness of strawberries to create a delightfully drinkable yet satisfying beer.

STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.

Since Mt Stuart is one of the most noticeable, bold, non-volcanic peaks in WA we tried to make the beer bearing its name similar. What better style for this than a stout? Stuart Stout is a rich, full bodied, deeply roasty interpretation of the style. It has a lot of roasted malts giving it a great stout flavor, which is supported by some sweetness, a rich body, and just enough hops for support in the background. A fine beer to drink anytime, but best enjoyed in front of a fire on a cold rainy winter evening.

Based on one of the most traditional styles of beer in the world, Studio Pilsner is an homage to time and refinement. The highest quality European ingredients combined with impeccable patience result in the perfect, light lager. Noble hop Saaz and a touch of rye work in tandem to provide enticing subtle flavours and a well rounded body, the aroma holds floral hints followed by a pleasing bitterness.
