A new young beer style, this RIPA is our west coast interpretation of a partnership between a full flavoured IPA and an Amber Ale. Brewed with 7 different malts for body, sweetness and a ruby red hue, a unique blend of NZ and international hops build the backbone of this rich but elegant beer. Grapefruit and floral hop aromas are balanced with caramel and malt characters with a hint of spice.

IPA with a sensational experience in mind from the start. It is brewed with oats and wheat for a unique malt profile built to let the hops be the star of the show. We use huge additions of Citra and Simcoe hops for a juicy and aromatic ride. Southern Juice is packaged unfiltered to deliver a hazy, hoppy, and distinctive finish.

A culmination of pairing two of the greatest hops in history; Supercell Double IPA is our attempt at making yet another Double IPA that drinks easier than your favorite IPA. Take even parts; Fieldwork base malt, Simcoe hops, and Motueka hops, put them in a giant stainless steel vat, shake vigorously, and Supercell is what you end up with. A highly crushable Double IPA that is every bit as complex and aromatic as all of its counterparts. Vibrant aromas of fresh squeezed grapefruit transition into trademark Motueka induced lemon-lime notes, finishing with a cavalcade of various citrus and pine needles. The uncharacteristic to style dryness, as well as the lack of malt character only showcase the delicate Motueka hop even better.

A uniquely approachable take on an American Brown Ale, our Toasted Brown is flavorful, complex and easy-drinking. Brown Malts provide this beer with rich milk chocolate and dry biscuit flavors complimented by Toasted Oats which round out the experience and create a smooth, satisfying mouthfeel. The mild, spicy bitterness provided by First Gold hops put the finishing touch on this balanced and refreshing brown ale with an endless depth of flavor.

This rich, smooth, oatmeal porter is brewed with Colombia Huila coffee from our friends at Enderly Coffee Roasters and pure Vermont maple syrup. Chocolate and caramel malts lead the way, while the maple and coffee add complexity.

Ass Clown Amber Ale is nice crisp sharp amber with an aggressive amount of hops added.

A naturally cloudy ‘session style’ Apricot wheat beer to celebrate longer days and the return of the sun. Golden Promise, wheat and acidulated malt were used in the mash along with Citra T90 hops in whirlpool to create a smoothly fruity base. Fermented with a classic German Hefeweizen yeast (WLP300) along with 1000Kg of fresh Apricot to deliver flavours of banana and clove with a nectarous, tart finish.

Tons of lemon, citrus, pine, and grapefruit overload your senses upon your nose reaching the rim of the glass. Flavors are extremely dank, pungent, and citrusy leaving a resiny component on your tongue.

Blend of old barrel aged and young wild Brett fermented cider.

Slightly tart wheat ale fermented with guava. Aromas of tropical fruits are balanced by a touch of acidity, resulting in a crisp crushable beer. Guava king pours hazy blonde with a firm white head

THIS IS OUR SUMMER SEASONAL BEER. AN AMERICAN WHEAT BREWED WITH MICHIGAN HONEY AND FULL LAVENDER FLOWERS. A FRESH AND FLAVORFUL ALE WITH A GREAT BALANCE BETWEEN THE FLORAL LAVENDER AND SWEET HONEY. AVAILABLE MAY-AUGUST.
