Carl is an intensely hopped North East style IPA. This juicy beer was brewed with pilsner, oats, and wheat malt and hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy, and Azacca hops.

An experimental IPA using Denali & LemonDrop hops with a smoothly sweet and malty body designed to showcase the hops. The beer has a delicate floral/citrus aroma reminiscent of Pineapple, Melon, Black Pepper and Pine. Aged six months in bourbon barrels and another two months in red wine barrels, this Belgian Dark Ale is rich with complexities of dark fruit, milk chocolate, vanilla and wood.

American pale ale made with American pilsner malt and high quality German specialty malts. This beer features Cascade hops as well as a new experimental variety (09326) that is a daughter of Cascade. These ingredients come together to create a pleasantly crisp and aromatic pale ale with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Just like Star Tribune, it’s a local favorite, a refreshing companion to your day.

Orchard Ale is is a blend of two parts Blonde Ale mixed with one part cider from Distillery Lane. The cider we use includes a mix of Bulmer’s Norman, Tremlett’s Bitters and Summer Rambo apples. Yeah, you read that right. Summer Rambo Apples. We added Hallertau hops for bittering and the end result is a crisp green apple flavor complimented by subtle Belgian yeast notes.

Bend the Knee pours a golden hue with a large, frothy head. Both the aroma and flavor mix maltiness and citrus from the hops, while Ommegang’s signature house yeast produces prominent fruitiness. Wildflower honey added during fermentation provides light sweetness to the beer, which finishes dry and with firm hop bitterness. Paying homage to the struggle for control of the Seven Kingdoms, Bend the Knee will be available on draft and in a series of three collectible 750ml bottles, all finished in matte black and adorned with one of the three Great House sigils: Stark, Targaryen, or Lannister.

Rye pale ale.

In response to a certain Super Bowl ad that wasn’t too nice to craft brewers, we brewed a pumpkin peach Berliner Weiss a few months ago. It was so popular, we decided to bring it back! We've dropped the pumpkin and focused a bit more on the peach. Lactobacillus was allowed to run wild in the wort for 48 hours, leaving a clean tartness, while the peaches counter the tartness with pleasant sweetness. This one was brewed the hard way, so feel free to fuss over and dissect it.

Gose (*Goes-uh*) is a traditional German Sour Ale. Once almost extinct, this beer is brewed with Lactobacillus, Salt and Coriander to make a refreshingly crisp brew with lemon notes and a vibrant salinity.

Hugely dank, fruity, and resinous IPA brewed with Equinox, Medusa, Eureka, and Columbus hops

Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffè Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt. Gold medal winner in the Coffee Beer category at the Great American Beer Festival in 2016!

Oatmeal porter.

Spicy, citrus-forward hops from the U.S. are layered over a unique blend of roasted malts to produce a powerful boot-polish black ale. Smooth flavors of mocha coffee, dark fruit and toffee are balanced by notes of citrus, pine and mint.

Blonde Ale with Lemon and Vanilla This version of our quaffable blonde ale is made with real pilsner malt and a touch of wheat to lend a beautiful golden blonde color that's easy on the eyes. We add vanilla and lemon to make it taste like the fluffy, namesake treat.

Bourbon Barrel Mega Beer More than 6 pounds of hops per barrel were used, thousands of pounds of grain, hundreds of pounds of Belgian candy syrup, its own yeast strain, 4 brews (when 2 normally works) and 3 years of anticipation make this truly a monster of a beer and a dream come true for us

Our Wit fermented with over 500 lbs of mango puree. Bright fruit on the nose mingles with Belgian esters and flavor to match.
