A sweet imperial stout straight from the creative minds of 2 of the world’s best head brewers right now. They’ve taken a rich malty imperial stout and added in Candi syrup, Lactose, Cocoa nibs and vanilla to give this quite dry stout a fresh lick of paint in a sweet facelift. The cocoa added to the roasted dark chocolate flavours and comes out on the body whilst the candi sugar and vanilla dominate the finish of this excellent beer.

Slurm Lord is a double New England style India Pale Ale brewed with oats and a blend of Citra, Azacca, Amarillo, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops. We’re excited to say that the brewing of Slurm Lord employs the largest dry hop to date in SBC history! Deep orange in color with a permanent haze and a minimal head, a glass of Slurm Lord resembles a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Aromas of dank passion fruit, mango, and pineapple are accompanied by bold flavors of citrus. This medium-bodied India Pale Ale is incredibly juicy from start to finish. A final sip leads into a slight, warming bitterness.

Beer of mixed fermentation, the Stout Rullquin is obtained from a blending of 7/8 of Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 of a blend of 1 year old lambics, which has matured for 8 months on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented for 6 months in the bottle.

Man, that rug really tied the room together. We call this Imperial Milk Stout, The Dude or His Dudeness, and maybe sometimes, Dude. It’s entirely aged in Rub Marrels for 6 months, and then aged on whole coffee beans, you could even call it El Duderino, if you’re not into the whole brevity thing. Shut up Donny.

Aged in fine Highland Scotch Barrels.

A unique Australian Pilsner, brewed in Beechworth from Chestnuts grown locally in the Beechworth and Stanley hills. The Chestnut Pilsner also uses Galaxy hops from the Rostrevor Hop Garden in the nearby Ovens Valley. As with any of the worlds best pilsner the most important ingredients is time, and we have allowed this beer plenty of it, with each batch aged for around 3 months before release. Bridge Road Brewers have created a gem of a beer through experimenting with local produce, a truly local brew! This unique lager is very pale and presents a crisp ’pilsner’ like profile combined with a distinct nutty character owing to the use of Chestnuts in the mash. The crisp clean profile of this beer lends itself to the summer months and can be paired with seafood or lighter dishes. Formally labelled Bridge Road Beechworth Chestnut Lager

Here's our take on the classic Märzen Style Lager, for the original festival that celebrates beer - with beer. Our Oktoberfest goes well with sauerkraut, brauts and a pair of lederhosen. It has a rich body, smooth flavor and notes of sweet caramel malt that are like polka music to your mouth. So raise a glass with us and give a hearty, "Prost!"

This Raging Bull'uva Double-ish IPA is punched with Sake Yeast and Rice, then hopped-up for a cold-clip of counter-balanced bitterness... it just don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!

Chester Hoppearcot is an amazing combination of local Organic Cider Apples, Pears, Apricots, and Cascade Hops. Cider Apples and Pears are pressed together and fermented in the same tank and then aged in the cellar with apricots and hops in the tank, this infuses amazing fruit and floral flavors and aromas. Chester Hoppearcot is complex; it’s a semi sweet cider, its pear and apple flavors are upstaged by the strong tart apricot flavors and notes of citrus and slightly bitter hops.

Hide the Despot 2016 is made with ten different specialty grains, generously hopped and aged in 13 Year Old Kentucky Bourbon Barrels for 8 months. Keep it secret. Keep it safe.

Mighty Dry is a champagne-like cider that pairs perfectly with any moment of the day. It’s just dry enough. It's perfectly balanced, and crispy (if not crispier) as biting into a freshly picked apple.
